Hubert is a great designer and did a wonderful job understanding our design needs, including ensuring we have a lovely breakfast bar that sits 4, a remodelled decorative chimney breast built onto our existing chimney, cupboards designed to fit large worktop appliances like Kitchenaids, and glazed cabinets with internal lighting. Hubert helped us work to our budget, without compromising on design features, navigated us through the layout which was part of major works we were undertaking, and worked well with our builder to find solutions to deliver our kitchen plan. Towards the end, we were unsure of paint colour for cabinetry, and Hubert worked through all options with us communicating honestly and openly. He also was happy to advise on some of our additional purchases, including the chandelier and wall paint colours. Overall we had no issues other than a glass shelf and the cutlery draw accessories, everything was managed very quickly and professionally. The fitter, Gary, was amazing. The painter took exceptional care and the delivery, managed by Moe, ran like clockwork.

We had a Harvey Jones Kitchen that had been installed some 13yrs previously and were planning on a side return extension. We asked HJ to help us design a layout for the new kitchen, refurbishing the existing units and adding some additional ones. Gard was hugely enthusiastic about the project and nothing was too much trouble. His creativity and endless patience throughout meant everything ran smoothly. And, thanks to the awesome expertise of Gary the fitter and Scot's painting you cannot tell the difference between the old and new units and we are absolutely delighted with our 'new' kitchen.

Jevon and Gard in the Islington office have been wonderful throughout the design process. They have provided excellent advice and could not have been mpre supportive, consistently gping above and beyond to help us get the right kitchen within our budget

I ordered my kitchen from Harvey Jones Islington as part of a total house renovation project and after visiting several different kitchen showrooms, based on design and apparent quality of build. I dealt with Rachel, Roisin, Larissa and Billy (hope I haven't missed anyone). I am very happy with my kitchen and the team at HJ worked around the rest of my build with professionalism and flexibility as well as being always friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Thank you Rachael and Mohsin along with the rest of the team for build us our dream kitchen. Both Rachael and the team really ensured we work through the project issues and get it completed just the way we wanted it. I would also like to make a special mention to Ricky who did an amazing job painting the kitchen.

Only gripe is the cost is too much relative to the normal high street brands but the quality difference is not the same as the price difference.

Rachel went above and beyond giving me lots of options and made me think how I use my kitchen, she is always friendly, cheerful and brimming with ideas

A terrible company with poor customer service. They went into administration in February just when my order was to be delivered. The lady who was my kitchen designer forced me to make the entire payment before anything was delivered. On the day of delivery I found out after much chasing that none of the appliances were ordered or there was a delay of 4 weeks. Then they tried to force upon me the appliances they had in their warehouse. I ended up having to scramble and order my own whilst trying to retrieve the money back from them. Many many phone calls to manage refund and working with extremely subpar agents. Now I discovered the designer got my requirement wrong and the splash back was not ordered correctly. A horrible experience dealing with this company. This was London Islington showroom. Definitely go for Magnet or another company and save yourself stress and money.

I have previously commended the design team on helping with my new kitchen. I am taking this opportunity to name Cassie (Installation Co-ordinator) who was great in handling some of the stresses of the our kitchen project particularly in the final phase. Cassie is calm and her humour helped. Ricky the painter and the fitters were brilliant. Thank you all.

Absolutely fantastic experience refreshing our Harvey Jones kitchen with Gard and the team of Harvey Jones in Islington. We already had an existing older design of HJ kitchen and wanted to bring upgrade to it. Gard and the team was amazing providing great guidance on the choice of materials, colours and the timeline of renovation of the kitchen. We felt we were in very good hands. Georgina and Vlad provided great advice and guidance during the design process which meant I ended up with the best design and use of space possible. The design matched my requirements and they were always available, helpful and reliable throughout the process, and responded well to any glitches. They were also happy to change the design as often as needed until I felt it was right.

They were engaged, pro-active and responsive from the start, and involved at every stage. They worked with me creatively and patiently and provided expert guidance on the design when it came to the many decisions to be made about, for example, the layout, storage and recycling options, the type of cooker, hob and extractor, the taps, worktop, splashback, and paint colours.

From a kitchen design perspective, they were excellent throughout.

The fitters and painters were skilled, helpful and prompt, and overall this was a great experience.

Finally I am really pleased with the quality and workmanship of the cabinetry, and the quality of the kitchen and installation is excellent.

I have nothing but compliments for Georgina, Vlad, and team at Harvey Jones Islington and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless kitchen renovation.

Love my HJ Shaker kitchen, they are not cheap but the quality is fantastic and multiple trades people commented positively on how good the finish was. What has really made the difference to me is the customer service. Vlad, my designer made great suggestions and was very patient with any queries and changes I wanted to make and Gard (Islington branch) was fantastic; so personable, communicative and responsive when I had challenges post installation (that had nothing to do with HJ) I felt confident they would support me.

I cannot recommend Harvey Jones and the team assembled by Destiny Smith who undertook the refurbishment of my kitchen in a 1880’s Grade 2 building in Clerkenwell .

From guidance and advice in the planning stage , through to the removal of the existing kitchen with a handpicked group of craftsmen , the care taken in choosing all the details , I got could not have felt more supported .
The installation was so carefully done - and at every stage the work was checked and double checked .
I cannot recommend this company enough .

It is a first class service with a friendly manner .
