Holly was incredibly helpful and really took the time to understand us, our needs, our values, and aesthetic tastes - she also really went the extra mile in designing and presenting different options to help us get the kitchen we wanted within our budget.

With a baby on the way and a couple of other unpredictable variables thrown into the mix, we ultimately decided not to move forwards with Harvey Jones until after we got the building work we need to do to move our kitchen to the other side of the house sorted first. This was so we’d have a clear understanding of the full costs of everything before committing. Although this was perhaps a disappointing decision at the time, Holly never made us feel pressured and just did all she could to try and make things work for us. We really enjoyed working with her and were impressed with her professionalism and understanding. We will definitely be back and very much looking forward to working with Holly in the near future!

We have recently completed the design phase of our new kitchen with Holly Potter at Harvey Jones Chester, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish.

From our very first meeting, Holly took the time to truly understand our family, how we live, and what we needed from our kitchen. Rather than focusing solely on aesthetics, she invested a huge amount of thought and effort into understanding how our busy household functions, ensuring the design would not only look beautiful but also work perfectly for everyday family life.

We went to Harvey Jones for help with a kitchen design for our remodelled house. We were impressed with the quality of construction and finishing of kitchen cabinets offered, in particular the flexibility in the sizing which gave us a better fit that a strict modular approach.

We were guided through the design process by Lewis, who was always approachable, positive, energetic and professional. He clearly has a lot of experience and was very helpful guiding us through the design and selection of colours, worktops and fittings. He also helped us balance our aspirations with the costs to help us keep in budget.

Lewis has been fab start to finish. He has helped us design a kitchen that we are beyond happy with! He suggested some lovely extra details which have made all the difference and set it apart from other designs we had looked at.

The installation was meticulous and there were lots of checks to ensure that the end product was just right.

Lewis at Harvey Jones Kitchens, Chester was our kitchen designer.
He was excellent from the start to design completion. Nothing was to much trouble during the design process as we were relocating our kitchen living space. So it wasn't just a case of replacing an old kitchen. He knew the products really well. Our appointment times were long (not in a bad way) He just allocated plenty to time to ensure our kitchen would be perfect. There was so much to consider even down to colour choice. It was a huge investment and something we are not lightly to replace. He was patience and brought his own design flare. He was polite and appeared always pleased to see us despite the number of visits! He made the whole design planning experience exciting. We now look forward to the installation phase.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Harvey Jones in Chester, and in particular with Lewis, our designer. From the very beginning, Lewis made the whole process an absolute pleasure. His passion for design shone through in every conversation, and he went above and beyond to help us realise that we could have the kitchen of our dreams within our budget.

We have been enjoying our Harvey Jones kitchen for a year now and we haven’t looked back. With a small(ish) space to work with, Lewis at the Chester branch was thoughtful, helpful, creative and a fantastic listener, always trying to find ways to bring our vision for a quirky Victorian kitchen to life - while staying within budget. We are so glad we took the plunge with Harvey Jones - our kitchen cupboards are so high quality and luxurious and a minor issue with our oven (purchased via Harvey Jones with one of their trusted suppliers) was sorted quickly and seamlessly at no cost to us. We can’t recommend Lewis and Harvey Jones highly enough - they did all they could to make the process stress free and exciting.
