After a thorough search of all the Pet Insurance Companies, I signed up with Hartville, and basically Trust Pilot reviews sealed the deal with me - the price was competitive, and with them you have up to 180 days to make a claim (not that is should ever take that long. Once decided, it was easy to sign up using their platform.

It was easy to receive a quote and the price was good,

Our agent Evan, was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in walking us through obtaining insurance for our dog

I appreciate their emails letting me know where they are in the process of handling my claims. If they are taking longer than usual, they send an email letting me know.

Great customer service, ease of website use, fair pricing.

Claims are processed in s timely manner. The company is thorough when checking into a claim but honest about paying. I wish human health insurance treated you this well.

I spoke with 2 different Hartville Pet Insurance representatives, both were very helpful! They took care of my needs & proactively asked if I wanted to have my reimbursement checks sent straight to my bank account. They assisted me to get this set up & it was a quick & painless process. They also reviewed with me how to submit a claim for reimbursement. Great experience with staff!!
My only concern is the Company’s phone system. My initial call was dropped halfway through our conversation. The representative did try to call ne right back, but the call did not work.
I called the Company back & spoke with another representative. This time every time I spoke it echoed my words back to me making it difficult at times to hear & understand the representative.
I would have given 5 Stars, but the phone technical issues need attention.

The only reason a 4 star is when I started her policy and spoke with an agent I was not aware of the $5000 cap and lately processing claims has taken nearly a month. It's easy to submit claims and reps are really friendly.

I am relatively new to Hartville but submitted a claim weeks ago and it still says qued only. So taking much longer to get reimbursed then was promised. Still waiting to make final decision but so far not very pleased.

It was quick and easy to enroll, I haven't had a claim yet hoping it goes as smooth as enrollment.

I purchased colic insurance for my horse through this company and my horse suffered a horrible case of colic.

This company denied my claim and then Lied about why repeatedly. The customer service is horrible! They do not care about you or your pets at all!!! They make big promises and then steal your money!!

The plan itself is great , excellent customer service , on time claim reviews and payment on time .
Best decision for my dogs.

Your insurance seems easy to navigate and understand. I like all the options to customize it to our pet's needs. I hope if we have a claim the experience will be just as good!

My Insurance agent, Jonathan Morse is easy to talk to & knowledgeable in the areas that are important to me. He is a pet owner & had a good understanding of my concerns.

Customer service not helpful, won't work with you. Daily emails that spam your email!!! Just signed up, never filed a claim!!! This much stress without filing a claim, I can't imagine what filing a claim will do!!!! Ask for Bonnie!!!!
