Harry hall has been great and was easy to chose what great insurance to have and the one club. Always have great offers on.

I recently purchased riders insurance for my daughter. Straight forward to take out the policy. I did have one query & a very helpful lady answered it straight away via live chat!

It’s so easy to sign up to the one club and all the prices are clear. I bought trailer insurance, which was pretty reasonable and all the extras make it a unique product that stands right out amongst the others. I love being a one club member. Just about to buy my monthly equine supps, and have free delivery as a bonus!

Terrible company.
Unhelpful customer service.
Accused of causing damage to a product I returned.
Quite how I could have caused this damage, beggars belief.
I’ve been sent one photo of said damage via email, accused of causing the damage and the faulty product is on its way back to me apparently!
They have advised me to take it up via Royal Mail for damages, it should be the companies responsibility, HH purchased the returns label, I have just followed their instructions.
I will be taking the matter further via PayPal, trading standards and the small claims court if necessary.
I have no idea what’s gone on but I will be cancelling my insurance and will definitely not use or recommend this company again.

Great shopping experience and delivery came in good time

I bought the Harry Hall Ladies All-Weather Long Jacket in October 2022 to wear around the stables & turning out throughout the winter on a daily basis. It’s been amazing this whole winter season in Scotland, including -3 degrees with snow & ice and a number of heavy rain storms. The jacket is of very good quality and has kept me totally warm and dry from my head to knees (I’m 5”2 so it’s long on me, which is great). The hood also has a peak to keep the rain off.
The pockets are a good size (comfortably fits an iPhone 12), all the zips are hardwearing and smooth. The thumb hole is very handy for keeping hands warm and is stretchy / big enough to wear gloves through too.
I haven’t ridden in this jacket as I haven’t ridden in the rain yet but I suspect it would be great too, there’s an opening at the back that is meant for riding.
Overall this jacket is perfect for the winter season, incredibly warm, dry, hard wearing and comfortable - whatever the weather.
For sizing, I’m at UK size 10-12 and bought a medium, which gives me room to wear a hoody / fleece underneath too.

I purchased the Fieldmasta 100g Lightweight Combo turnout rug in September. I was very interested in this rug as it has a darted dome neck and my mare had rubbed part of her mane away the previous year with another brand of rug. I am really pleased with the quality and the fit of the rug for my mare, she is Irish draft, and the dome neck has not disappointed as her mane is now growing back in.

Easy to use website and lovely team to talk to when i had a question.

My order was delivered quickly but unfortunately there was an item missing. I contacted Harry Hall using the online chat but it kept disconnecting me, the lady who I had been speaking with on there - Gemma - then took the time to call me instead and arrange for the item to be sent out again. Mistakes happen but I was extremely impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved and felt Gemma went above and beyond when I was disconnected from the online chat
