I have used Harrow Service Centre regularly for many of years, with a number of different cars and have always found them to be very helpful, reliable and trustworthy. This was an annual service and MOT which, as normal, they told me exactly what needed to be replaced. They get to know their customers by name and vehicle so where I have had any concerns about my vehicles I have felt comfortable in being able to phone them up and get advice or drop the vehicle off to be looked at/ repaired. They discuss what needs to be done and any options and check the price is ok before doing the work. I hope that I can find a garage that is as reliable near where I am moving to.

I took my wife's car in for the annual MOT for her A150 Mercedes. I was handled very professionally without any delay at the time of the appointment. Full results were explained to me after my wait. I was very happy with the service from the staff, Kush, and Claudia in the office.

I would like to highlight how efficient Harrow service centre are at maintaining my car. The staff are all very professional and they endeavour to keep me updated with works needed on my car to reminding me of my next service dates.

I phoned garage on Sat 8:30am to have an MOT. Was booked in for 9am. Everything was done and completed within an hour. Customer service was amazing. Everything on point. Highly recommend!!!

I have used Harrow Service Centre for over 20 years for both service and MOT. I have found them to be reliable and efficient and I never feel I am being “ripped off”. They always explain what work is required and give a price for the work before starting it.

This garage is brilliant and Claudia is an excellent ambassador for this establishment. She is thorough, persistent and has a remarkable attention to detail. Always responds to my emails and is proactive in highlighting other work that my vehicle may need. My recent MOT was scheduled, processed and completed on time even on a Sunday. They use Bosch parts and provide a 12 month warranty. It’s difficult to find a genuine garage nowadays and if your car needs any remedial works don’t hesitate to contact their star performer Claudia — you won’t be disappointed.

Cannot fault HSC. Above all, I have 100% faith in them. For what I thought was a great service pack from Mercedes, trusted as I bought my car from them. They tried to con me so many times. Almost everytime I asked HSC to carry out the work, they would honestly tell me it isn’t needed, come back in a year when it is! They’re great, the team are lovely, friendly, efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, can’t recommend them enough!

Harrow Service Centre continues to offer the excellent service I used to enjoy. Jobs, big or small, have always been handled with good customer. When the situation warrants it, they did go the extra to ensure that we are not inconvenienced. Great garage.
