Harper James Anmeldelser

I had a dispute with a client that had reached a point where it seemed like I would never see any of my money without escalating things further. That's when I turned to Harper James, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I received.

My journey began with Nick, who was a fantastic business development manager. He was eager to help, and what I truly appreciated was that there were no hard sales tactics—just genuine support. From there, I was introduced to Mark, and he has been absolutely outstanding.

Mark was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he also made the entire process clear and as stress-free as possible. I never had to chase him for replies to emails, and he was always responsive and proactive in chasing things up with my client. This played a huge role in speeding up the negotiation process.

I always felt like Mark had my back, acting in my best interest at all times. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to recover money I thought I'd never see again, all without having to go to court. And on top of all that, he kept my costs down, which I really appreciated.

If you’re in need of a senior dispute resolution solicitor, I can 100% recommend Mark. His professionalism and dedication were invaluable, and I’m incredibly grateful for his support throughout the whole process.

Thank you, Mark, and Harper James! I truly appreciate everything you've done.

We have been working with Samantha at Harper James and are super happy with our choice.
Highly recommended!

I have quoted this to my friends many times, Harper James......"make mole hills out of mountains" . this is not what most solicitors do.

I recently worked with Simon at Harper James Solicitors on an employment law case, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Simon was incredibly responsive and proactive, always thinking several steps ahead and providing expert guidance throughout the process. He clearly explained complex legal matters in a way that was easy to understand, and I felt confident in his expertise and advice.

Furthermore, the customer service team at Harper James was outstanding. They were always helpful and efficient, quickly redirecting me to the appropriate specialist whenever needed. This ensured that my queries were addressed promptly and effectively.

Overall, I highly recommend Harper James Solicitors. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to client satisfaction are truly commendable. They made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

We have worked with Harper James for a number of years now and it works really well for us as a business in that we can access their diverse team easily depending on our requirement at that time. They are a great team and good to work with.

I have worked with HJ for the past 5 years primarily on employment matters, including immigration/visas. The employment team are always readily available and responsive and have worked with us on some very challenging matters through to conclusion. Myself and my team always appreciate Simon, Ella and Shaun's pragmatic approach to situations that align with the best strategic outcomes. A sense of humour is always very welcomed given the demanding nature that specific situations can generate.

Great solicitors with an amazing team!

Good services

We've worked with Harper James for many years and never needed to look at an alternative legal advisor. I've personally worked with Emily Sadler on a number of cases, and every time the brief is fully understood, executed to the highest quality and completed within a very impressive timeframe. Highly recommended.

Emily dealt with our request with great efficiency and provided us with a ready to go document with great speed. We have worked with Harper James for many years now and find them approachable, efficient and trustworthy. No hesitation to recommend them.

Emilia took the stress out of creating our new contracts, she explained everything clearly and made the whole process straightforward, even for us newcomers to legal matters. The efficient service and friendly approach were much appreciated. We're pleased with the results and would recommend Harper James.

Excellent service delivered in a very professional manner. Emily helped us navigate complicated issues and made a real difference to our project

Fabulous people. Worked with them for years

I thoroughly enjoy working with everyone at Harper James. They are meticulous, thorough, and wise advisers to have on your side. Their business model makes legal advice accessible for organisations of our size (we are a growing franchise organisation with around 10 full time staff members and 100 franchises) while offering a breadth of expertise that meets all our business needs. Every team member I've worked with has been highly skilled in their field, and I’m delighted to have them in our corner. Thanks for all your support to date.

In 2024 we instructed Harper James to assist with two commercial property acquisitions. We were introduced to Sam Paxton who has kindly guided us through both transactions. Sam has taken the time to understand the needs of our business and always makes herself available should we have any queries. She is personable and explains legal jargon/concepts in a way that is easy to understand. We very much look forward to working again with Sam in the future and would highly recommend.” – Redteq Analytical Ltd
