Shame on you
My phone was stolen and used by someone who decided it would be funny to set up a variety of apps on my phone .
When my phone was returned to Me on the 24th of April after having been missing for a couple of weeks I was alarmed to see that a payment of £65 under a previous payment of £5 had been taken from my bank account by Harmony.
Unfortunately, for Me, the payment was taken on the morning of the day that I received my phone back. I immediately contacted the company and told them what had happened. The person who had taken my phone is known to me and has significant mental health issues, they went missing for a couple of weeks. They had set up other apps on my phone as well . I explained to harmony what had happened but they said that the subscription had been applied properly despite the information that I had given them and refused to give me my money back. I raised a dispute with my bank and harmony told my bank that they had applied the subscription properly and it wasn’t their policy to accept that mental health issues were a reason to refund somebody in this instance.
I just find this completely reprehensible and I think it’s awful when human beings put money over kindness. They could quite easily have issued a refund in the light of what happened.
Shame on you!

The BMI calculator told me I was overweight. I am not! I have had my BMI calculated by NHS professionals and I am well within the healthy weight range. Is Harmony trying to convince me to use them by telling me I'm overweight? Well, they lost a potential customer!

Doesn’t allow the user to cancel, beware.
Signed up for the trial, however when I looked at the app it wasn’t really anything different so decided to cancel. Harmony really fall down here as there is nothing that you as the user can do to cancel. After endless searching on the app and desktop for the section I could close my account with, I then had to then email. Lo and behold I’ve been charged £65 for 6 months?! Not impressed.
