I had booked an appointment ( consultation) with a dermatologist on the 13th March, 2026 but the meeting was rescheduled by their team to 14th March, 2026, however they stood me up without any reasonable explanation.
And no one had the courtesy to call me back to explain why. I am absolutely gutted and disappointed.

I would like to say a big thank you to Amir and to dr khan who were brilliant, they were both really nice and friendly talked me through everything, and made me feel really at ease I came for a very large lipoma surgery and all went very well

I had an ingrown toenail and they were really good, done super quick and were very informative on aftercare . Thank you Amir and Dr Khan for the procedure!

I had a skin tag removed at a cost of £790 which subsequently became infected. Attended my own doctor for treatment firstly with antibiotics, which didn't work and now currently with antibiotic cream. Contacted the clinic to complain but they said i was informed that infection could occur. Sorry but while your lying on a table with your arse bared waiting for someone who you can barely understand about to use a laser on you, it's difficult to take things in.
The bottom line from the clinic was it's just unfortunate

I already reviewed Harley street medics before however felt like another was needed. I paid for the initial removal and the four follow ups and I had some really stubborn veruccas that wouldn’t go. I mostly see Arash and he was always very helpful and polite and spoke through everything he was doing. He really put me at ease through the process. I ended up having double the visits and an additional removal than first anticipated and HSM stuck by their guarantee and the second half of this journey was free of charge until they were completely gone. I’m relieved my feet are finally free incredibly grateful to Harley street medics and Arash for their support and integrity. Would recommend a million times over. Thank you

This was my second experience with this clinic, and unfortunately it was very disappointing.
My first treatment was a laser procedure, which was extremely painful and resulted in significant side effects. On top of that, it did not deliver the results I was hoping for. After a year, I contacted the clinic again to explore alternative options.
The consultation for this second treatment was done over the phone. I was not asked to send any updated photos, yet I was told I needed a PB injection. This immediately concerned me, as I don’t understand how such a recommendation can be made without a proper visual assessment or in-person consultation.
I later spoke with someone I believe to be the owner or person in charge, who strongly reassured me that one PB injection would already show visible improvement. Based on this reassurance, I went ahead with the treatment, which cost £500.
Unfortunately, there has been no visible improvement at all, even when comparing my before and after photos.
The experience on the day of the procedure was also very poor. I was asked to apply numbing cream to my breasts and then wait outside for 45 minutes, wearing only my T-shirt. No water, tea, or coffee was offered during this time, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Overall, between the lack of proper consultation, unrealistic expectations being set, no results, and a very unpleasant in-clinic experience, I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Amazing clinic, free touch up on a mole that did not want to go away :) will definitely come back

I received treatment for a cyst at the back of my head below the crown. It was painless, easy and no stress free. Went back a week later to get a few stitches out and went smoothly and and was told it was healing great. The stsff were lovely and it ran promptly and made me feel at home

The staff at Harley Street Medics London clinic are lovely and very informative. In particular, Mahmuda stood out during my procedure. She took her time, was patient with me due to the pain of the treatment, and remained gentle throughout, which I was very impressed by. Since attending the clinic, I have noticed a clear improvement from the treatment I am receiving. I would highly recommend them.

Such a lovely clinic, staff on reception were so lovely and welcoming. The procedure itself was professional and efficient. I needed something different to what I was booked in for but it was communicated clearly and I was glad we could still just go ahead. Definitely recommend and would revisit in the future.

I had a good experience with Harley St Medics in Glasgow. I had a cyst removed by Dr Khaldi, apologies if I spelt his name wrong. It went very smoothly pain free, Dr khaldi is a very skilful, caring professional. The procedure was flawless, straightforward and quick, no problems experienced. Stitches removed a week later. It was a good experience, the minor surgery is healing beautifully. Dr Khaldi is a credit to his profession. The nurse on duty was lovely, helpful and both Doctor and nurse worked well together to put the patient at ease and provide good advice.

Services very good and efficient friendly welcoming place and was done my treatment in no time

I just wanted to address the review written by Esther Smith on 23 Oct 2025. I went to the London surgery last week and had to be buzzed in. I immediately noticed signage directing me to the clinic on the lower ground floor. Before I went down, I noticed a bathroom on the ground level. This was large and clean with individual cubicles containing basins and mirrors. There was also a larger mirror and bench outside the cubicles. I had privacy and a place to remove my makeup easily. I also used this bathroom to check my skin afterwards before emerging into the street. Down in the lower ground floor there was also another smaller double unisex bathroom, albeit with no mirrors.

In addition the downstairs area had ample comfortable seating, a place to leave my coat, and a welcoming friendly receptionist.

I came to HSM to remove some sun damage on my face I've had since I was very young. Also some sun spots elsewhere on my hands and body. Doctor Humera was professional and kind. I didn't catch her name, but the receptionist nurse was absolutely lovely and calmed me down before my procedure and said lovely things afterwards about my skin. What a fantastic professional team! The clinic rooms were spotlessly clean and everything was great in there.

If I ever need more work done I will not hesitate to return and am already recommending this to my friends.

Very good experience, glad I went to Dr. Ahmad and Nurse Paula as both were so welcoming, knowledgeable and professional . I was a bit anxious but they put my mind at ease. I had 2 moles removed by laser today and the whole process was pain free and over in no time at all. The reception team are lovely and so friendly you get a warm welcome. I would definitely recommend Harley Street Medics to anyone.
