I telephoned this morning to enquire about a new unregistered bike and was told it is already 10 months into a 2 year warranty, yet still unregistered! I told the sales manager that I would call up this afternoon to discuss a deal.
When I arrived the manager was on the phone and I was told he would see me as soon as he finished the call. He then dealt with two customers, who arrived after me before telling me the bike I was interested in was sold five minutes ago. He said he had others of the same model and would sort me out in two minutes.........
After a further fifteen minute wait and listening to him rudely refusing to exchange or refund a damaged part with another customer. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
As the dealership only re-opened a couple of weeks ago I really thought they would want the custom, but the attitude seems to be "We are Harley Davidson, you want us more than we want you"

Hi I went to barbs Harley in New Jersey to get my bike fixed and serviced. My bike was bogging after half throttle due to new air filter system I put on it. So I said it may need to be jetted. They even called and told me I was only operating half throttle I said I know that’s why I brought it in. He wanted to remove parts to put stock parts on but did not say this would fix the problem only easier on them is what I got so I said no I just want what I brought it in for they said ok. But I got my bike back and in’s the same as when I brought it to them and when I called to tell them he said well you denied these stock parts so we didn’t fix it. So I payed $800 to get my bike serviced. The mechanic came highly recommended or I probably never even went there I knew I should have trusted my gut but I trusted this guys opinion said he was a great mechanic. But I never talked or seen him talked to someone else the whole time and I call back to tell them it’s still wrong they said I have to pay again another $300 and was quite rude.

I purchased two items from my local Harley dealer and they ordered the items on line from the main headquarters.
Within a very short time I noticed the ship to address was incorrect.
I immediately called and spoke to a woman from The main Harley online store requesting the address be changed.
I was told you have ten minutes to cancel or change the order.
The customer service rep
suggested I spend 20 dollars and join UPS on line and change my address.
Suffice to say I called my credit card company and rescinded the order.
I would caution everyone to only buy what your local dealer has in stock!
They are the epitome of Worthless!

Before you buy a hardly Davidson yes hardly, ask them how much interest they are going to be charging you each day. This is something they won't tell you at the dealership. 90% of your payment goes to interest with about 10% going to the principal. They will not tell you that hardly financial charges interest per day.

Just thought I would leave my comment of how shoddy your service is at your dealership . This is my honest interaction I received Saturday 20th April. 3 weeks ago Having booked in for a 10,000 mile service after aprrox 30 mins later I received a call regarding an issue they found .
Went back to the dealership trike was on the ramp and I was shown the oil pan which had a crack from the bung .
Mechanic said he cant renew oil because of the crack this happened at the dealership and not by me , cant prove but I know it .
I was advised that a new pan would be required but what would I like to do have new pan fitted or take it elsewhere .
I was 40 miles from home so had to leave it there part was ordered.
Didn't receive any update or phone call almost 3 weeks later ( Saturday 20th April ) I went to collect my trike .
After getting a call Friday 19th April
Totally disgusted with Sycamore my trike was brought in spotless they offered it back to me with grease marks over the Chrome and grease marks over the paint work .
They did remedy that issue but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place .
Paying a £946 bill
Oh and to cap it all off the reverse doesn't work when it did before I let them carry out work on my trike .
I requested that the cracked oil pan be given back to me , been promised i will be sent by Courier also the 10,000 mile service tick sheet .
Now I have Triglide Trike that doesn't go into reverse
NO WAY WOULD I recommend taking anything to this dealership.
Steer clear

Use the cheapest parts and screws. Save the energy and buy an Indian. A simple fluid change turned into extracting every screw and replacing several parts to resolve the cheapness of this company. $1k later and one week on a lift.

I always loved my Harley’s but the company is so cheep $24,000 for a new low rider st and only get one key fob and no owners manual

I ordered a shirt for my husband, never arrived on date that was provided even gave a few extra days and then called , lost trailer so she went to reorder it and the size I needed was sold out. So not only did I pay for the shirt now that it’s lost I can’t get another be! So 2 days later ups pops up saying it will be delivered but HD put a return on it so ups sent it back to HD! I’m so upset ! Although Ebony from HD went out of her way to fix it but it was out of her hands. We even were on a 3way with ups and they would deliver it to my even someone from HD corporate was telling them too!

ABSOLUTELY horrible, was let go stated my hours earned while buffing parts was not up to there standards"parts are horrible coming from the paint line and the expectation of trying to polish a poop hmmm. Glad I don't work for this company any longer. Oh to get hired is family only outsiders not at all a welcomed but you could get hired if you brown nose the lead or supervisor I have morals

I have owned several Harley Davidson up through the years. And I have for the last 10 years hoped they came out with "a new beginning" which was the slogan of 2024. Oh yes finally a modern cruiser is coming good riding with the revolution max (not the idiotic V-Rod that struggled to turn), a modern bagger is coming (with revolution max cool looking competing with BMW 1250RT), or maybe a streetfighter with the revolution max 975 for young people?, this is great news I though. Full of hope I was nailed to the video from Harley. But what was the amazing incredible wow future they had for me?

A facelift Street Glide, A facelift road glide and a CVO of the adventure bike. That is when I realized Harley dont want to sell in Europe anymore, nor anywhere ekse than in US. They never ever ever listen to feedback or ideas, they do zero marked research amongst owners and certainly not young people that could start riding their bikes. So they want to commit suicide of the brand. Sadly because I have loved my bikes so far.
So with penalty in many countries for Cubic inches, and weight congrats this is just getting so silly soon there is zero people who can buy them thanks to Tolls and fees for exactly that. I can now buy a holiday home and a Yamaha Mt09 for the price of the new Street glide, not going to happen.

Anyway I have given up Harley Davidson, and as a club rider we have now got Indian approved as club bikes so me and a bunch more is heading over to Indian.

Farewell Harley

This bike is not fit for purpose! Especially if you live in the UK. My bike is riddled with rust within 3 months or 1000 miles or of owning. This is despite is being serviced and detailed twice. I took a plug out to put a footpeg in tonight. I have informed my local dealer who sold it me. I hope they do the right thing and give me my money back and take the bike.

All I bought was a Harley cap which claimed it was exactly sized. I was not. Too tight.
So I contacted them by email and they only offered to refund the cost of the cap, not my £5 postage if I returned it. I had actually asked for an exchange for the next largest size !
They told me they would send me a label to print off. I told them multiple times that I did not have a printer nor access to one. And that I am severely disabled and housebound.
I asked them to post a paper label many times but it was like talking to a brick wall.
So I have taken it to PayPals dispute resolution centre to try to obtain a full refund, but I don't think this will be successful because I already have another dispute open with them.
I told hd I would give the cap to charity if they would make a full refund. No reply.
Dumb representatives at so called customer service and dumb system for returns, robbery in fact.

I spent 30k on my 2023 Road Glide ST, this thing ticks like crazy and is eating 1.5 quarts every 1000 miles, Harley refuses to fix this bike, says this is "normal", shop told me to "blow the motor up, then we will fix it" nice huh? Went to another shop and they agreed this is unacceptable, but harley denied the claim for them to dig into it and take a look... Nice! Cant wait to sell this piece of junk, first and last Harley owner, over 80% of the parts are now made overseas, don't fall into the "buy american" trap.

It is so evident that they have a solid commitment to craftsmanship and quality. And they are also very fast in adapting to changing market conditions, you can see that from the electric motorcycles they have been cooking, like the LiveWire.

A bit pricey. But it's not your ordinary bike after all.

I would be very cautious using Edinburgh Harley Davidson, I purchased a 2007 Electra Glide ultra classic back in 2014/15, I know this is a long time ago but there is a reason for being cautious, this year I decided to give the bike a face lift and a complete refresh, what I have found has astonished me, old battery bolts dropped obstructing the swing arm, it is clearly old as there are impressions of the thread in the transmission case, exhaust nuts found in the front drive for the belt, they have dropped nuts and bolts and clearly ignored them, just left there, the biggest problem I have found are stripped threads on the primary drive housing and casing, which I needed to replace, this includes the main case and outer primary cover, the gearbox main cover two bolt locations stripped and will no longer hold, I really noticed this years ago when I did the first service, the oils where clearly not changed in years, the customer service here has always been questionably bad, I remember a time I asked for the bearings to be pressed out of the wheels, I arrived at 9 O'clock in the morning, they made me wait until 5 O'clock in the afternoon, a ten minute job and I had to wait the whole day, if you take your bike for a service check everything, make sure they have done the job, it has taken me this long to review HD Edinburgh because I did not think it mattered, but it does, I am now faced with a bill for a fault that has been there since I purchased the bike, this is not a good customer service.

Acquistata una giacca da uomo sul sito, restituita per modello e taglia errata, mandano il corriere a ritirare la merce che viene spedita intonsa nel suo imballo originale. Ricevono la merce e scrivono che è tutto ok e che effettueranno quindi il rimborso ma a oggi, dopo un mese, nessuna traccia di nessun rimborso. Bisogna ricorrere ad un legale usando la mail di ammisione di debito per riavere i soldi?? Che vergogna, da un brand così non ci si aspetta un comportamento del genere!
