Patient and helpful
I didn't get an email to say my order was ready to pickup but they were very patient when I took a long time to pickup. They were helpful answering some questions I had.

I appreciate that the delay may have…
I appreciate that the delay may have been caused by Aus Post but it took over a month for my product to arrive and when it did the pump was smashed so now I have a litre of product that I cant pump put and need to take the whole lid off each time I use it.
Suggest better packaging to protect the pump - ie put it in a box not a bag to post.

We do thank you for your feedback.
I would like to address a couple of things: postage is with Australia post, so unfortunately we can’t do anything about their speed of delivery, as we run a hair salon not a delivery service.
The other thing is we give you two options of delivery one is a satchel bag and one is a box, you chose satchel, so we are not sure why we are given low stars over the choice you decided and Australia posts speed.
If you chose not to shop with us again, we hope they can do something about postage speed and if they offer multiple types of packaging it maybe better to pay for the extra.
Thank you again and we will take this into consideration but not sure what else we can do, but we will definitely try.

Love their products
This is the 2nd time I have ordered my products thru their website. Easy to order, they arrived quite quickly and packaged very well. The bottles seemed to be extra sealed to prevent any leakage. I would defiantly visit the salon if I lived in Brisbane.

Great products, we love the puff cuffs for curly hair, they don't pinch or pull the hair, very comfortable for sensitive kids.
