Northcote Road Sunday appointment. Horrible haircut. Hair dresser spent most of the time trying to mask the poor haircut by messing about w curling tongs. While telling me they damage hair. But because she uses curling tongs herself, she used them on me. I didn't ask for curling tongs. She has soft blonde western hair. I have thicker straight Asian hair that does not curl easily. She was clueless. So all the time she spent faffing around w the tongs was a laughable waste of time w a terrible result, as the poor haircut was not disguised. So I said pls just cut it all off for a blunt cut bob. She cut the underside of my hair shorter than the upper side!! And then rushed me off the chair. No assistance taking off the cape of brushing off hair, as she had a child's haircut to do next. Lots of staff hanging around and I was the only customer in a chair. But I took care of the cape, folding it on the side and brushing off the hair myself. Went to meet my teenage daughters after the cut. They were shocked at the standard. They said they will never go to a hairdressers after seeing that. Much better to follow tutorials at home. My haircut at Haris was rubbish and expensive. Total fail.

I had my T section at Haris KINGS ROAD today with the lovely Emma. I have an event next week and wanted a freshen up on darker roots. Emma’s meticulous attention to detail was impressive! That along with delicious cappuccinos and an unrushed happy atmosphere with a killer shampoo and massage make Hari’s unbeatable. I now have a perfectly blended in bronde. I felt listened to and understood by my colorist- very important to making the experience great.

Ronnie - what an absolute superstar you are! I had an exceptional experience overall at Hari’s (Kings Road) thanks to the outstanding service from start to finish. The booking process was seamless, and the reception team was both efficient and welcoming. I was initially looked after by a wonderful Ukrainian stylist (whose name I unfortunately didn’t note) who provided a friendly & relaxing hair wash, complete with an incredible head massage. She also offered an array of drinks including sparkling water.

Ronnie then discussed my hair preference before styling my long hair using high-quality products from Oribe and Kérastase. Throughout the process, he ensured I was happy with the styling, maintaining a great balance of professionalism and friendly conversation. I left feeling uplifted, and my hair looked perfect for my birthday night out ahead. Thank you Ronnie, you truly are a rising star in the industry, definitely one to watch!

Today I was a model for a haircut at Harry's. According to Mimi, the fact that I didn’t get my hair cut evenly can now be corrected until my hair has grown back for at least 2 months. Masters used hairbrushes right after other people without prior sterilization, only removing hair that had been collected for weeks. God knows what diseases (dermatitis, dandruff, seborrhea, hepatitis transmitted through unsterilized scissors and hairbrushes) were infected through dirty equipment. They burned my hair and scalp with a hairdryer. They scraped me like a dog before execution. As a result, damaged hair and scalp. Psychological and physical trauma that will require months to recover. I went to an expensive salon.

This was my second visit with Rebecca for colour. I made sure that I had a consultation with Rebecca before going in for my appointment. We agreed on my colour in advance but when I arrived for my appointment Rebecca did not want to do this. I should have left there and then. I sometimes find it hard to assert myself and subsequently let Rebecca do what she was comfortable with. This resulted me in leaving less blonde than when I arrived. I do not believe that over £300 can be justified when someone routinely refuses to do what you ask.
