I bought a H H Watch before easter…
I bought a H H Watch before easter 2026.
Received it last week
Set the watch up paired watch with my S23+ all good.
I could monitor my heart rate over night as i have A F.
2 days later the app stopped working ( it froze) had to go through the whole process again all good except i could no longer see my heart rate over night .
Have unstalled and re installed app twice and still cant see what my heart rate was over night.
Totally unhappy and i guess you get what you pay for

Hardhat Watches Australia - Buyers beware!
I purchased 2x hardhat watches in Nov 2025, and in Feb 2026, one of them stopped working. After 25 emails back and forth hardhat have been extremely difficult to deal with when returning my product to them. Refusing to provide an actual return address, under international postage laws, customers are required to obtain a person's name, company name, a physical address, not a P O Box, and a business phone number. After almost 10 emails, this information finally came through. If you want to return your hardhat watch send it to:

Hardhat informed me that once my product was returned to them, they would process a refund within 48hrs.
My product was delivered to hardhat on the 20/03/2026, and I am still waiting for communication and a refund. My advice to new customers,
Don't buy any products from this company, their service and products are terrible! BTW Johnny, don't bother responding to this I've already dealt with 10+ staff members from hardhat!

Scam just selling rebranded Chinese tat from AliExpress at 5x the price.
Almost fell for the hard sell on thier website and adverts all over social media..it is currently buy one get one free so 2 watches for £150 for the hard hat foreman. Decided to look on YouTube for some reviews and found they are just cheap rebranded Chinese watches selling for as little as £25 on eBay or AliExpress. So you could buy 5 for the price of the 2 on offer direct from hard hat themselves. Glad I did some research.

Absolute Terrible Customer Service
My partner brought me a watch as a gift. They are meant to be rated IP68 Standards for water, so roughly 30mins. I literally dove into a river and surfaced and the watch decided water was too much and kicked the bucket. Started spazzing out and then fully died. Decided hey it is still under the 90 returns and the warranty. I will reach out the company. Took them 2 weeks to respond to my email and then they asked for generic photos and videos... fair enough. Replied with the information. Waited another week and a half, sent a follow up email. They sent me another generic please submit photos and videos of the watch... I had already sent those. I sent them again. Almost 2 weeks later and still waiting on a reply. So terrible customer service and will be reporting to ACCC. Do not buy as it is just doesn't meet any of its own standard. This is still an ongoing issue that is yet to be resolved.

Watch broke after two months after on going emails we come to the conclusion that a replacement watch will be sent out.
With no info on this replacement I emailed again only to find out they had blocked my email. Probably one of the worst companies iv delt with.

Disappointed purchase
For the price im abit disappointed. Lovely sturdy watch. No worse nor better than a cheaper off brand watch with the same features. My biggest issue is having to recharge it every 3-4days.

Purchased a FOREMAN watch, that failed inside 2 months.
Communication was below average, with constant stalling tactics consistent with scammers.
ie,"Did your go swimming with it?" Although supposedly water resistant and tough.LOL
Took me 2 weeks to get them to approve return then another week after they received it to activate refund, only after threat of PayPal dispute.
Their 90 day satisfaction guarantee is a sham, All about stalling.

Just to clarify, the questions our team asked (like water exposure, usage, etc.) aren’t intended to delay things — they’re there to help us pinpoint what may have caused the fault so we can pass that information back to our warehouse and manufacturers to prevent the same issue happening again. Ordered a new band after the original…
Ordered a new band after the original fell apart after about 6 months, new band arrived quickly and without any problems. It looks way better then original and was easy to fit.

A Load of Crap…
I had a foreman bought for me for my birthday watch arrived thought this is great .It lasted maybe 2 3 weeks at most back and forth with emails they said try this try that all to no good .Then they sent me another piece of crap that took several weeks to arrive it lasted about the same time more emails same old story against our policy to refund you only get 90 days apparently. so next i agree muggins here to pay extra and get the better watch the BIG RIG well big pile of crap is what it is that lasted about a week ,so guess what more emails take pic take video of what it is doing .Now they want to send me another pile of crap or offer a partial refund .Not good enough I'm going to consumer protection regarding this mob

Bought a Hard Hat watch
Bought a Hard Hat watch. It stopped working within a week. Customer service got back to me asking me to charge it,press hold the on/off button for 15 seconds tried everything and nothing happened.
Hard hat keep saying it needs re booting. The thing doesn’t have a screen.
No mention of sending it back or the so called 90 day return.
