The earrings are not good quality and worth the money. I was given a pair for my birthday so tried to return and they wouldn't take back or refund. Wouldn't buy from them again. I only hope my donation does goes towards cancer

This company is a fraud I ordered earrings in June and have still have'nt received themvno response from co I recommend that no one buys from this co and find a reputable co instead

I wish I'd thought to read these reviews before my purchase. I was on holiday at the time and clearly not thinking straight. The earrings o bought look nothing like the photos, they look like something from the $2 variety shop. They were for a gift so I obviously can't gift them now. Also the package was from Hong Kong and yet they say the website says they are in Australia. I have emailed them for a refund but I don't like my chances on getting a response. I'm sure they will give me some dodgy address in China to send them back at my own expense. I'm sick of these dodgy online companies ripping people off. And fancy using " breast cancer" as a ploy to sell earrings. Absolutely disgusting. Is Olivia even a real person??? I think not if she's putting crap jewellry like this to her name.

Absolutely junk jewellery! Firstly I waited almost 4 weeks for my earrings and on opening I could tell the very poor quality. Their advert says funds to help cancer patients but I highly doubt this. Also it says the jewellery does not tarnish - well my earrings tarnished within two weeks and by the third week they were black. I would be too embarrassed to give the additional pairs away! Emily said to return them at my cost - what for…..just to receive another junk pair. If I could give them a minus star I would. Buyers beware please.

My purchase items were crap.I would advise customers to read all reviews before buying.

If there was a - 100% star i would give this to this company, I brought $182 worth of jewellery on their cancer page to give to victims i know who have had breast cancer.
When I received the jewellery , I couldn’t believe it. What utter rubbish! I couldn't give these items as a present. I emailed them and told them I wanted a refund and to send them back. It was going to cost $18 dollars and only for $30 back. Oh no you don't. I want full refund. Emily said she would get hold of her manager, Tom emailed me and said i can keep the jewellery and get less than 30% back. I said no. I want full refund, as I can't do anything with this poor quality of items. These were for cancer support.
Emailed emailed and emailed always the run around. Last email he said it was refunded through pay pal that was 2 weeks ago if you guessed it nothing. This company is a scam. Please do not buy from them.

Absolute plastic rubbish earrings and necklace. Partial refund as they said the item was on special.
Paid 120 for cheap rubbish that was worth less than a dollar. Don’t be fooled

I was very dissatisfied when I received the wrong earrings , I contacted Emily and see told me I would get a credit and that I didn’t need to return the wrong ones ,which I was happy todo…I’ve been waiting sis weeks for the credit and nothing is appearing on my bank statement…Im hoping the $40 has gone to breast cancer fund …do not buy from this company

I ordered the coloured crystal hoop earrings, they took 3 weeks to reach me. I know they were only $39.99 but the clasp is not long enough and doesn't do up, also the crystals are only at the front. I hope some of the money really does go to Breast cancer research as that is the only thing that made me buy.

Rip off, but fortunately I did get a refund

I am still waiting for my earrings, bought as a breast cancer support. I keep emailing asking where they are, Emily replies, with I think fibs. I am being told fibs as to when I will receive this order. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Breast cancer supporters should know about this company using their illness to get money from the purchasers using lies.

This company is the worst, I can’t believe I fell for it.
I bought a breast cancer buy 1 get one free.
I got the rings, they stated the rings are silver and made by quality silver.
I wore the ring not more than 2 days, it started to discolour and leave green markers on my finger.

I contacted the company and this Emily said to me I had to return the rings to China (I had to pay for the postage) and they then will refund my money, or I except 30% of what I paid.

I was furious and when she said China I knew I was scammed.
This company is not from Australia and have the cheapest jewellery I have ever seen.
I haven’t received my 30% yet either

My Breast cancer support bracelets came from China and took a very long time for delivery. They are cheap looking and poor quality. There was no mention of Breast cancer support in the package and they were merely in a plastic bag.
Felt I was scammed

Beware of this online shop, THEY CAUSED ME AND MY HUSBAND DISTRESS ON CHRISTMAS DAY
REASONS:

1.) My order can't be found in their online shop - I can only see it in SHOP platform.

2,) Can NOT TRACK MY ORDER

3.) NO CONTACT NUMBER, NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS - CONTACT IS THRU EMAIL ONLY.

4.) NOT FROM SYDNEY - but it says on their about page - Harbour & Co Sydney.

5.) RECIEVED ONLY 2 PIECES RINGS OUT OF 4 PIECES OF RINGS AND 4 PIECES OF BRACELETS, I ORDERED AND PAID FOR AND ALSO ARRIVED TOO LATE - OUTSIDE OF THEIR 14 DAYS DELIVERY GUARANTEE.

6.) Their email contact person named Emily REFUSED to cancel my order that I did not receive on time and complete AND REFUSED to send me a paid postage stamp so I can return the 2 pieces of rings. She refused to honour their delivery guarantee. She was saying the order is on it's way. She stated that I should WAIT FOR THE REST OF MY ORDER OR PAY FOR THE COST OF POSTAGE IF I OPT TO RETURN THE 2 PCS. OF RINGS. The set of 4 rings and bracelets were supposed to be our Christmas gifts we needed on our family Christmas Eve dinner. SO WE ALREADY BOUGHT REPLACEMENT GIFTS AND NO LONGER NEEDED THEM EVEN IF THEY ARRIVE. But it's the 30 December now - still nothing.

7.) They accused me of FRAUD - TWISTING THINGS AROUND.
I emailed Emily on the 26 Dec. telling her that I will continue to dispute the transaction through our credit provider because they ARE NOT HONOURING THEIR 14 DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEE. The following night on the 27 December, when I opened my email, the first thing I read was that she referred me to thier FRAUD TEAM because apparently, she REFUNDED ME ( PLEASE NOTE -I didn't know that she apparently sent me a refund after I informed her that I am disputing the transaction. And please NOTE: NO REFUND WAS RECIEVED BY ME NOR MY CREDIT PROVIDER.
She also stated on her email - THAT, I SHOULD CANCEL MY DISPUTE BECAUSE I AM COMMITTING "FRAUD." This online merchant SHOULD BE STOPPED. The NOT only FAILED TO DELIVER BUT THEY ALSO CAUSED US A LOT OF DISTRESS.

I saw Harbour & Co 's online shop while looking for meaningful gifts for my daughter and daughters-in-law. I found their online shop with the story of "Olivia" a cancer survivor and that the company helps the BREAST CANCER SUPPORT. On the 10 December 2025, I ordered 2 X sets of 2 pieces of rings and 2 pieces of matching bracelets. I RECEIVED ONLY 2 PCS OF RINGS AND SENT TOO LATE, OUTSIDE THEIR 14 DAYS DELIVERY GUARANTEE.
They are under the platform of SHOP, from which i have previously ordered from with no problem. I thought this online company is from Australia because in one of their page, their about us page, it says "Harbour & Co Sydney." So, I thought they were local. But I found out after placed and paid my order and DID NOT GET AN EMAILED DETAILS OF MY ORDER, I went back to SHOP and noted my order number and details. Then I went back to their website harbourandco.com to my surprise WHEN I ENTERED MY ORDER NUMBER, I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING " ORDER CANNOT BE FOUND."

To date - 30 December 2025 NO DELIVERY from Harbour & Co has been received.

I WILL GIVE HARBOUR & CO WAY BELOW ZERO RATING AND I WILL BE MORE CAREFUL NOW BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE.
