Ordered formula on the 23rd of December and it’s still not even packed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BABY TO STARVE. I’ve emailed them multiple times and no response I’ve also tried the chat option and no response I’ve also tried calling them and it says their number is out of service… so I say again do not order unless you want your baby to starve
I've had my order for almost a month, but I haven't received it. So far, I haven't heard back from support regarding canceling my order. I had a terrible experience!

We informed you multiple times that the order was delayed and have cancelled and refunded your order as per your request. The refund was processed to your original payment method AMEX ending with 1005.
Please allow 2-4 business days for refund to be fully processed.
It is now 7/22. This is 20 days after spending $720 on 12 cans of formula that still have not shipped. I have received 0 contact and no refund. This purchase was made on 7/2 and I want my money refunded. This company is a scam.
I ordered 12 cans of formula on 7/2 and they still haven’t shipped. I have reached out on status and have received no response back. I have an email saying they shipped and all tracking shows is that a label was created and that the carrier never received the items.
*** You let me know on 7/10 it was delayed and would ship shortly. Then on 8/5 you said it would ship the following week. At that point I said I’d wait. Surprise it’s now 8/21 and still hasn’t shipped. I asked for status and still haven’t gotten one. Nice try though.
So again. Where are my 12 cans of formula?

I would say after multiple babies, and thousands and thousands of dollars spent…. This is the least responsible and laziest company. If you need product in a timely manner , PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!! Your baby will starve!!!!!!

I never leave reviews, but I wanted to mention how much I appreciated the care that went into the packaging of my baby formula. Not one can came dented (like another provider I order from). I appreciate bubble wrap and the double boxing. I hope you continue to have kendamil goat follow on in stock. I’ll continue to order from you.

This has been the worst experience with fomual yet. My order was delayed in customs so i was forced to get a different formula becausei was out of my current one. Im now not able to return my package. So i have over $400 of fomual sitting that i cant use. So frustrating, im on maternity leave I dont have $400 to throw away
