So impressed with everything I’ve received from Happy Pack so far. Amazing prices which I can’t find anywhere else, and their delivery has always been superb!

A load of adhesive strips on the sticky parts of the envelopes had come off and all the envelopes were stuck in a clump and unusable. Also shorted me on the quantity, ordered 100 and only recieved 87.
Paid £8 for next day delivery and took four days to arrive.
They do not answer emails or any contact you make with them on social media
AVOID THEM!!

I’m not one to write reviews often, but I am so glad I found Happy Pack! I’ve been looking for packaging for my little business for the longest time and everywhere had extortionate prices but Happy Pack’s prices are SO affordable!!!

First time I ordered from here there was a longer wait than advised for the delivery but I was really happy with the products so I ordered again recently on 22nd March. The website advises a 3-5 working day delivery but on 2nd April I still hadn’t received my items or had any dispatch email. As it had been Easter I decided to wait until 5th before I chased it. I sent an email on the Friday and was advised I’d get a response within 2 working days which didn’t happen. I have now had to request a refund and order elsewhere and because of this my business has been at a standstill for the last few days. If they had emailed me back and explained the delay then I wouldn’t be so frustrated but when you contact a reputable business you expect a reply. I felt extremely undervalued as a customer. Today, the 15th I’ve received an email to say the order has been refunded but no apology or any recognition of their error at all. I will not be returning

Backboards finally arrived after a few delays due to third party but I got to say I love the quality and I am well happy with it so will definitely be getting a few more!! Some of the photos I’ve taken using the new backboards

Ordered backdrops which they said were in stock on 7th March, they originally said they would be in stock at the end of February but finally they were in stock on the 7th March. Turns out they didn't actually have any in stock, it is now 9th April and I still have no backdrops. They don't always respond to emails, they sent an update saying they had arrived at the end of March and they would be delivered by the end of last week which has not happened. As a small business owner I would not recommend using this company, I am not sure if they are incompetent or just don't care.

I’ve been using Happy Pack for around a year, which is why I’m giving them 2* rather than 1*. Multiple orders in that time have included items that are out of stock, but for some reason still available on the website to purchase. I make orders with next day delivery as having a busy small business, I need my deliveries quickly to keep up with orders going out. The latest in a few orders that haven’t gone out in time took 9 days to be delivered, instead of the 1 it should have. Several emails were sent, none of which were replied to, and all you get is a basic “sorry for any inconvenience”, absolutely no genuine apology for setting your business back and having to make alternative purchases from different companies. As a small business owner, the first thing I’d do if I made an error with an order would be to profusely apologise, but I didn’t get a decent apology or a refund on the next day delivery charge! I’ll be moving on to a different company in future, I don’t know if they’re just disorganised or simply don’t care but the service and professionalism isn’t good enough.

I've used Happy Pack a fair few times. Once, some of my items were missing so I emailed in. Received an email within the hour and received my missing items within a week or so. I really love the variety and the constant new releases. Would love a loyalty scheme or something - but no complaints from me!

I ordered from them for my small buisness, ordered with the fastest delivery available at the time, the package remained in the seller had advised us they're sending the package on the tracking so the postal service never received it after 2 weeks of emailing them multiple times I commented on multiple of their Instagram posts about how bad the service was they deleted the comments without responding and 'resent' the times the next day and they arrived withing 3 days, they were damaged and something was missing but at that time I'd given up on them and will not be using them again I wouldn't reccomend, they're outta their depth and none of my friends with small businesses will use them in the future I reccomend cheap ebay stuff it arrives fasted and undamaged

Never had a bad service with Happy Pack. I think the below reviews are quite harsh due to the busy time of year. But boxes are great quality and the cheapest I’ve found by a mile! Thank you for helping other small businesses out :)

I’ve been using Happy Pack for about 6 months and initially had no issues - the last couple of orders have been coming slower but within the promised timeframe.

I placed an order on Tuesday 14th November, expecting it to be delivered yesterday as it was a 3-5 day delivery turnaround. I chased on Tuesday 21st November to see where the parcel was. 2 hours later I received a dispatch email.

My order had been waiting to be processed for a week and have still not received the good that I’ve paid for.

I’ve not yet heard from them as a response to my email.

Shocking customer service. Boxes arrived damaged, emailed about getting a replacement and haven’t heard anything back and it’s been 2 weeks!! I run a small business and I needed these boxes asap so now I’ve had to order elsewhere and am without my money or the happy pack boxes. Also ordered the wrong size boxes and they claim they accept exchanges on the website so emailed about exchanging. They said they don’t do exchanges but I can return. I didn’t have a problem with returning but I had to wait ages for them to send me the return label and they charged me a £6 fee when postage was only £3 so not sure why it’s so much. My main issue is that I’ve still not received a replacement or refund for the boxes that have arrived damaged. I would like a response asap!

I have to say having been a follower of their socials for a while, I then chose to shop with happypack. I was really impressed with their social presence and came across a high quality business that values their customer.

Now upon arrival of my first order for my small business, I was missing 2 items - tape and several boxes of one type.

I instantly contacted happypack, as a small biz owner I understand the importance of prompt timing with order issues. I received a reply a few days later, that didn’t bother me too much as having followed socials I believed them to be a really busy business so the turnaround seemed fair. Especially heading into peak small business season.

My order was on October 1st and still now on the 30TH of October I am not any further having replacement goods sadly. I have had one email saying they were with Royal Mail and nothing.

I originally paid the next day delivery service so I would assume that my replacement goods were posted the same, however it’s clear not.

I’m really gutted as I genuinely thought this was a business to follow and shop with, however reading reviews after my order on trustpilot and socials I am finding I am not alone.

I am a small business owner myself, I understand there’s issues daily. It’s not an easy feat. However I have customers at the other end of the order I place with happypack awaiting for their order with me to be packed with packaging from happypack.

If you are a busy small business don’t bother . We have placed 3 orders now the first one arrived the other 2 didn’t within the 3-5 days delivery as stated the second one got lost in the the post had to wait another week and the third one still waiting for the notification and on day 4 . I know this is a online business but there is no phone number to contact for queries. Your only hope is to order and fingers crossed it arrives. It’s such a shame because the products for sale is great it’s just the after sale that goes with it .

AVOID....Ok so paid additional for next day delivery, this was on thursday and its almost 1 week and I still have not had my product. I have sent several messages and still no response. Total waste of my time.
