We have just booked our trip for October this year and Jacky has made the whole process simple, stress free and the trip itself looks amazing. We can’t wait to get out there. Really hoping the experience out there is just as smooth sailing as it was arranging and booking the holiday.

The Agency is recommended by Lonely Planet for trips to Galápagos Islands, and it doesn’t disappoint. Prompt, courteous and always professional, staff at Happy Gringo Travel are among the very best.
Jonathan is very experienced and knowledgeable, and delivered the best holiday itinerary I could wish for. His manner is pleasant and his communication always prompt. He alleviated my safety concern about international money transfer with patience and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much to ask him, and he always made sure the feedback I provided was considered as he tailored the holiday plan to suit all my needs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations.
We will carefully review your comments and the details of your case. Traveling to the Galápagos during peak season can sometimes be quite busy, and we understand how this may impact the overall experience. Despite the limited timeframe, we did our best to plan and organize your trip, and all itinerary details, logistics, and hotel information were shared in advance through the tour pack.
We truly regret that the trip did not fully align with what you had envisioned and appreciate you sharing your perspective with us.

Patient with Changes
David Bravo has been very patient with many modifications that I have made. I have added days, I have added activities, and he has been very accomodating. I am a travel advisor and know how difficult it is when a client changes an itinerary. I appreciate the patience because this will be a once in a lifetime trip.

I had a mixed experience with Happy…
I had a mixed experience with Happy Gringo Travel. I didn't select them, but rather was directed to them from the website of one of the Galapagos boats I was looking at. The service I got from the travel agent who was assigned to us was excellent in most ways. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive. Up until an error was made with the post- boat trip transfer that HG would not address I would've given the agency a 5 star review. So I would recommend them for everything except transfers within/between the islands. Those transfers are very well organized and you can do it on your own to ensure that you have transportation when and where you need it.
