I ordered the Discovery pack with high hopes, unfortunately none of the 3 sizes suited my ears, but the Happy Ears Team were very responsive and pleasant and quickly processed a full refund. Excellent customer service!

I didn't like the product, as it didn't fit my ears.

The earplugs' shape is quite narrow, which means 2 things:
1. You should aim for a slightly larger size than usual.
2. It is definitely for the earplugs to fit nicely, as there isn't a lot of surface to cover your canal.

That being said, the refund request was successfully treated within 4 minutes. I would definitely encourage people to try it, as you can part with them hassle-free.

The package never arrived. After one month waiting I wrote them and they said they would send a new package. That one never arrives either. The company is a total scam.

Happy Ears saves my marriage. Every night! I have tried so many other devices to stay sleeping. These are the only ones that works. I have small ears, and I use size M. I have used for 5 years now. Still very Happy. and sleeping : )

Produkt hält nicht was es verspricht. Umtausch wird auch versucht auszuschließen. Das sagt schon alles... wenn das Unternehmen schon den Umtausch ausschließt, fehlt wohl die eigene Überzeugung in das Produkt.

Dès le premier essai, j'ai passé plus de 5 minutes à essayer de retirer un bouchon de mon oreille, avec une douleur grandissante au fur et à mesure que j'essayais de le récupérer. Le revêtement glissant ne me permettait pas de l'attraper (à moins d'avoir les ongles longs).
Rien que ça est rédhibitoire pour moi, peu importe l'efficacité de l'atténuation.
Je renonce à ce produit après 15 autres minutes à essayer de trouver une utilisation correcte. Je n'arrive jamais à atteindre une atténuation satisfaisante, même avec la plus grande taille, sauf au prix de la douleur et de la garantie de devoir les retirer avec un outil.
Vu leur prix, c'est très mauvais.

Bought these and tried for a week. They are just awful. May as well spit in ear. I bought a discovery pack and even the largest of them just have no seal at all. I really wanted to like these as all of the reviews on their site are fab but I just can't get along with them.

Edited review here - Went from 2 starts to 4. Although these did not work for me, Happy Ears refunded me the day after I reached out to them and I did not need to send them back. If they work for you, that's fab! If you're scared about to try them as you don't want to waste money, buy them on Paypal or credit card so if they dont reply for you to get a refund/send back you are protected. Its worth the trial for a possible good nights sleep :)

I bought the discovery pack. After trying all sizes i didn't find one i got on with. Happy Ears refunded the order and were extremely quick to respond to my email.

I've purchased a couple of times previously but the shape has changed in recent years. I've emailed customer services but haven't had a reply. What a waste of money... I won't be recommending you any more

I used to absolutely adore Happy Ears, they were the best ear plugs hands down. I told everyone about them. However, they have gone down hill lately, I think they have changed the design in the last couple of years. The material feels cheaper and honestly, they do not work at all now.

They used to be like silicon and quite big, now they are tiny, even the medium size, it's like putting a tube of plastic in your ears, they are so firm and don't mould around the ear anymore. I ordered the recycled one's and the original, they both were terrible. I really pinned all my hopes on these to help me deal with living with three other people.

I bought the ocean discovery pack and was excited to try them out as good ear buds are hard to find.
Unfortunately, they didn't work for me so I dropped Happy Ears an email and asked about a refund. I got the reply below within an hour. As you can see, this is amazing customer service, I'd highly recommend trying these if you are looking for a pair of ear buds, as you can see there is nothing to lose! :-)

I purchased a single pair of earplugs because I know I would be wasting money buying the multi pack. I had high hopes after reading the reviews and money back guarantee policy. Unfortunately they didn't meet my expectations. It took 2 minutes to know they were extremely uncomfortable and and useless at blocking any noise in general. I have small ear canals and a sidesleeper and need earplugs to block out my husband's snoring. I have spent £100's of pounds over the years in my quest to find comfortable earplugs and alas I am still looking. It may seem to some £11 plus delivery is a small amount of money but the disappointment is still the same. I contacted customer services and received a prompt reply. Following the standard apologies it transpired my purchase was not covered by the money back guarantee. There idea of compensating was to offer a discount for the discovery pack. I explained that was of no use and spending more money would only benefit them fell on deaf ears. Their policies are deceiving, they do not specify not all products are covered by the money back guarantee. This company are not concerned about my discontent or remotely interested in offering any recompense because I won't be a returning customer. I would have given no stars if given the option.

I have been using ear plugs for 20 years because of my husbands snoring. Unfortunately, I developed a reaction to foam earplugs and I was finding that my ears were very sore every morning. My daughter saw Happy Ears ear plugs on social media and recommended them. I bought the stater pack and have just ordered some more. I cannot believe how great they are and no more sore ears. Highly recommend.

Helt värdelösa för att sova i om man inte uteslutande ligger på rygg. Gillar man att sova på sidan kan man glömma dessa, de gör väldigt ont i örat. De blockar ljud hyfsat bra om man lyckas få dem i exakt rätt position - men det är som sagt irrelevant med tanke på hur obekväma de är.

Skönaste öronpropparna. Jag har små örongångar så minsta passade perfekt. Jag har även formgjutna öronproppar, men de är för hårda när man ska sova. Jag är supernöjd och så tacksam över att äntligen hittat några öronproppar som både är sköna och passar mina små öron.

Absolut sämsta öronproppar jag haft. Det här måste vara ett skämt? Vilken scam! Köpte prov-paketet som kom med 3 storlekar: den största är alldeles för liten och isolerar knappt något. Dessutom läskigt svårt att få ut ur öronen. Undvik!

I felt I had to write my own review after the bad reviews that have been written on here. After years of disturbed sleep from my extremely loud snoring husband, I gave these a try 4 years ago, I would never be without them now. Worked and fit absolutely fine in my small ear canal and have had no issues regarding them hurting or ear infections. In my case it is a small price to pay for the luxury of many a sound nights sleep.

Very fiddly in general and difficult to remove. They also move slightly when laying on your side (I find foam earplugs too large but am wearing the large set from Happy Ears and they still move slightly when on that side). Very little noise reduction - ineffective as earplugs.

Köpte deras testpaket med tre par i olika storlekar. Large är alldeles för liten, de andra två är bara att kasta. Propparna isolerar ljud lika dåligt som en tuss toalettpapper. Riktigt usla. Skriver sedan ett omdöme som de efterfrågat, mycket sakligt och förklarar ovanstående. Då får jag ett svar som säger att ”mitt omdöme är modererat och inte uppfyller deras krav”. Ett skämt! Undvik! Dyrt, dåligt, censurerar sina kunders omdömen.

A waste of money. I tried the three of them, all sizes and all possible positions and they just don’t work. They do not take away ANY sound, what a waste of time and money. I can’t understand why people leave such good reviews saying they work when it’s not true whatsoever.
