I've been using Happy Ears for many years. They work and don't hurt and can be used for long periods of time. Can highly recommend

I ordered a pack of 3 small earplugs as I have very narrow ear canals, unfortunately these did not fit, I wanted to return them, unfortunately they will not allow this as the packet is open, even though I only tried 1 pair, I think each pair should be individually wrapped as this is an easy way to keep customers money.
No where on the website does it say you can only return a discovery pack with contains three pairs in a different size, except for, of course in the tiny small print when you click on the information for returns, which obviously you dont do until you want to return something! again a good way to take people's money.
I now have 3 totally useless pairs of earplugs that cost me £35
I am disgusted at this customer service.
Of course people are going to want to try them for size its obvious.
You should clearly state in big writing before people pay that there are no refunds on these multi packs of one size. Ive been totally ripped off, and have three pairs of earplugs that are not fit for purpose.
Im very very angry.
UPDATE : customer service contacted me to say there was a miscommunication and I have now been refunded for my order.

Great Customer Service! I've lost my case for the earplugs somewhere on a festival. So I wrote an email to the Happy Ears CS if they might could send me a new case. And indeed, they replied really quick and dispatched a replacement box. Awesome!

I love these earplugs.
I have very small ears and these are the only ones that ive tried that actually stay in. They last for a very long time, in fact I never had a pair that have deteriorated, only had to replace when ive lost one whilst travelling. My husband snores, very loudly! And these reduce his rumblings to a blissful murmur! I recently had to contact the company as my order hadnt arrived. I received a prompt, freindly reply and a new pair was despatched without quibble. Thoroughly recommend

Absolutely the best, most comfortable and sound-blocking earplugs I've ever experienced as a light, sensitive sleeper! 😴

The small size fits me best - the seal it creates is airtight for me. They've only fallen out ONCE in the time I've been using them (2 months so far, but I can see these babies lasting!). The plastic seems very durable, unlike the soft silicone plugs I've used. The material might seem a bit hard at first, but I quickly got used to it.

Customer service was great - I emailed them to return my Discovery pack so I could return the sizes I didn't need and buy just the Small. Got my refund painlessly ☺️

TLDR; I've never encountered such effective earplugs, and I'll be happily using these until they break! I'm in love 😍

Overall great product and good service, used for a number of years now and bring the happy ear plugs with me everywhere - for sleeping on trips, concerts ect. Happy to use and have!

Amazing customer service, earplugs didn't fit for me, returned them and got my money back.

Mes attentes étaient peut-être trop élevées mais dans mon cas je ne les ai pas aimé. Ils s'installent plutôt mal et ne bloque pas vraiment le son. Si mon chum ronfle à côté, ces bouchons ne font pas vraiment de différence. Je suis déçue mais ils n'étaient peut-être juste pas fait pour moi. Faites attention aussi pour ne pas les "perde" co.plètrment dans le conduit auditif.

The product is great. I use them myself, but mostly for my wife, the world's lightest sleeper... Along with her eye mask, we joke that they are part of her "armor" for the night! Jokes aside, they've proven more effective at noise cancelling than any other product on the market. We're so appreciative and lifelong loyalists.

I have very small ears and i struggle with finding earplugs that fit me. These didn’t do it either. I can’t get them in properly, leading to them sitting weirdly, hurting and falling out. They don’t keep noise out. I’m incredibly sick of trying earplugs after earplugs, getting more and more sleepless nights as i wake up all the time from any noise. Disappointed, wouldn’t recommend!

Great product...if you can get what you pay for. I don't know who this obscure shipper is but they are incapable of delivery and terrible customer service from Happy Ears, spent $100 on ear plugs and can't even get them. Too bad they have a good product if they get themselves sorted out like a real business.

Product never arrived - no tracking option (destination - Latvia)

I got these as a Xmas gift from my husband and they took more than a month to arrive to Aus.
I use ear plugs at shops and for sleeping. The first thing I noticed is how there is no moulding to help keep them positioned in your ear. So unsurprisingly, talking, eating and other normal movements make them loosen.
My $4 set from China is better and more comfortable.

I bought the pack with the 3 different sizes. None of them fits me properly. The big ones just hurt. The small ones just fall out. The mediums are close, but they don't actually block much noise. I can carry on a normal conversation with them in! And my husband's snoring? No chance at getting relief! Also, I'm a side-sleeper and the stiff post just digs into my ear and makes it painful to wear. Foam earplugs work way better than these, no question about it!

I ordered size small earplugs. I tried to insert them in my ears. They would not stay in and were extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the company only to be told they only refund your money if you buy the more expensive ones. I was told I could send them back with a $6.00 deduction as well as having to pay the postage. Seriously? Save your money and buy elsewhere.

DO NOT buy these damn things, they have no external flange to limit how far they go into your ears. The flat heart-sharp things you see are storage boxes, not limit flanges. The tiny stem that they do have isn’t big enough to get hold of with anything but long sharp nails, so they are difficult to take back out. You could actually push them further in when trying! I’m not even going to try them for noise issues and am asking for a refund.

I bought the Ocean Plastics small earplugs because I have small ear canals and the reviews were generally positive. From experience, I can now say that this is not a good model for side sleepers. Unfortunately, you don't get a refund for a single pack, only for Discovery Packs. Waste of money.

Ik wissel mijn oordopjes altijd om de paar maanden, maar helaas had ik alsnog een heel nare ervaring, met een oordopje die voor de helft in mijn gehoorgang bleef zitten toen ik deze eruit wilde halen. Ik belandde op de EHBO van het ziekenhuis om hem er alsnog uit te laten halen. Het naarst van alles vond ik de reactie van de klantenservice van happy ears. Ik zocht geruststelling dat dit niet nog een keer kon gebeuren, maar zij vonden het mijn eigen schuld omdat ik hem te lang zou hebben gedragen, onzin!! Echt belachelijk. Ik zou ze afraden.

Tried happy ears specifically for the risk free trial clearly advertised; buy the discovery pack and request refund if they don't work for you ...I tried ocean plastic discovery pack ... includes a S,M,L to try all 3 .....start with the large... large I could not insert, medium inserted, fitted well but sadly caused the usual pain I get with all earplugs/ ear buds headphones etc...moved to small. These fitted fine, comfy and slept without pain ..not 100% noise blocking but no earplugs do, and it blocked hubby snoring, the reason for purchasing. However, the small were just a little too small meaning they were really at risk of fully entering my ears which I was afraid of as i move around and sleep on my side. Sadly I returned. Returns process - email them, tell them they didn't work, they replied next day acknowledging and offering full refund, funds received couple days later..I cannot fault Happy Ears from that perspective...if there'd been an small+ I may well have kept ... I'd really suggest anyone who struggles to find some, to at least give the discovery pack trial a go, you have nothing too lose based on my experience...just read the options available and buy the ones clearly stated eligible for refund because unsurprisingly most are not returnable once tried ..4 stars simply because I had to return...if they brought new sizes, new discovery pack trial, I would absolutely buy again and retry
