ordered an item from this sham of a company on the 2nd of december 2025 , it still says it has not been shipped, i have emailed them several times and still have no reply from them, they have took my money and not supplied me with my item , stay well away they will take you`re money nd not supply ....

Item arrived damaged and very late
Customer Support ignored me entirely... had to ask my bank for a refund

Wish I had read these reviews. Do NOT use. I ordered 3 fur removal mitts, only 2 turned up. I have emailed and contacted via their website countless times for months. Presumably a fake company as there is no customer service reply

Ordered magic brush on 30th December - tracking says still not shipped. Have emailed twice to chase and no response

If I could give no stars I would. Told item dispatched but Evri been waiting to receive it for 2 weeks. No replies from company when contacting them.

Placed my order, it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I tried to call their number displayed on their site…dead line. I contacted ‘Customer Service’ via email, no response. The post tracking did not update. Overall really poor. l wouldn’t order again.

AWFUL. Ordered a product weeks ago. It still hasn't arrived and there is no update on the tracking link given. I've emailed customer support and got no response.

Did not receive item, which shows as not even dispatched weeks after delivery due date. Had contacted customer support but never received a response.

I'm actually very surprised at how well this works esp on my carpet. We have 2 cats and this makes it so much easier to get their hair off everything. It arrived within 6 days of ordering.

Did not receive the product as demonstrated on social media. Completely useless product that does not remove pet hair. Cheap, poor quality piece of tat. Tried emailing company several times for a refund but no answer!

SHOCKING PRODUCT PawLush Pro ( pet hair remover glove). Beware the product you receive is definitely not the same glove you see demonstrated on all social network platforms! It is absolutely rubbish and does not do what they demonstrate it to do,it is soft and flimsy and does NOT remove any pet hair. I emailed the Happierdoggo company to express my disappointment in their product and requested a refund! Happierdoggo responded within 48 hours offering a replacement or a full refund. (I requested the later) Todate (2 months later) I have received nothing! Six emails later and threats of negative reviews on all social platforms has still not resulted in a refund or even an acknowledgement! I would stay well away from this company, you will be wasting your time and money! If I could post with no stars I would!

I have never received my order and I paid for it. I complained to the company and received an email to say it would be resent. It's never arrived and I've chased up recently and heard nothing back

Absolutely rubbish products with what have to be fake reviews. It’s stuff you could get of a market stall for 50p and they sell for £10. Completely conned and rubbish quality products

Complete waste of money for a cheaply produced piece of rubbish. Shameful that companies can get away with this. This is simply a case of hyping a poor product with glamorous marketing and a bunch of fake reviews then letting honest people waste their money on said rubbish until everyone realises what a load of cr@p it is at which point they withdraw it from sale.

Absolute pile of rubbish. Took 2 weeks to arrive, which isn’t such a biggie I suppose. The quality is inferior, it doesn’t work, my hand is too big for the pocket it so getting a good grip is impossible. The back isn’t attached to the front so it separates when you swipe from one side to the other. Absolute pile of rubbish, do not buy!!!!

Orders the lush paw mit. Ordered two actually. Now they do work on long dog hair, I can confirm this is effective. However, the ones I received were branded with 'rhino ben' and upon googling these products, I can get the Rhino Ben one from anywhere for about £2 rather than the high price this place is charging. So. Rhino Ben paw mit works but don't buy it from them. They are stealing the brand of someone else and hiking the price up.
