Great service,great guys and my car is fantastic,thanks again all @ happier cars

Recently purchased a car from happier cars made it sound like a dream until I got the car back home and it started juddering I went over a speed bump with my kids in the car and it felt like we had been hit by a car I contacted the finance company and happier cars straight away after the first day unfortunately happier cars didn't bother to reply to emails or text messages as I got advised to put everything in writing when the finance company spoke to the dealership they said I would need to get a diagnosis of the faults before they could help me as they requested I went to bmw as its a bmw car and they did a full inspection with a video showing the faults I've sent the dealership the report and they said as its from the main dealership (BMW) they wasn't going to accept it as they tell lies and add codes I was shocked to hear what I was being told as the faults are clearly stated and they said there not faults I went back to bmw and told then what the dealership had said and they told me if they want to slander them and accuse them of putting faults on the car that they will open a law suit I went back to the dealership and the finance company the dealership put the phone down on me and told me there not willing to fix the transfer box if it's broken and they also said that there wasn't any faults and they wasn't willing to accept any reports from any main dealerships untrustworthy and liars do not use this company

Went to see a car which was lovely but also had one somewhere else to view,Jack was very understanding and not pushy at all.I went back for a second viewing and decided that it was the car for me.Jack agreed to refurbish the alloys,he also arranged a new MOT and service.So pleased I went with happier cars,they were soo helpful.

I recently sold my car using the Happier Cars Sale or Return service. It sold for a considerable amount more than any part exchange quotes I’d received and above the Auto traders suggested list price. I’d highly recommend Happier cars. Thank you to Steve, Ian, Jane and all the team as Happer Cars/Finance.

For those like me that are interested in the detail and will inevitably do their homework, here are the ins and outs of my experience:
I was skeptical at first as I found out about the service from a cold call though my Auto Trader advert.
After a few weeks with no sensible interest in my vehicle I figured that I may struggle to sell a relatively new/expensive car without finance or part exchange options and there would be some value using a dealer. Therefore -after a bit of research- I decided to see what the Happier Cars SOR service was all about.
I spoke to Steve on the phone, who explained everything about the service and sent me the paperwork upfront so I could see what obligations I'd be agreeing to if I decided to use the service. He was very open with how they made their commission, and it all made a lot of sense to me.
I decided to use the service and arranged an appointment to visit Happier cars and get the process started. On arrival I was let in through the rear gates to Burrs Farm, and was directed to the showroom. They had a nice showroom with a lot of cars, I met some of the staff who were very friendly.
I waited as they took pictures of the car, I felt for the guy taking the pictures because their mechanical turntable had flooded in the recent stormy weather, and he had to physically push the car around to take each angle of pictures! After a short time, all was in order, and I drove my car back to await any interest.
A couple of weeks later (13 days to be exact), I received a phone call telling me that someone was interested in my car. I drove the car to the dealer the following day and sat in their office as the potential buyer took it for a test drive. I spoke with the salesmen and staff there, who were all very friendly. After the test drive, Ian the salesmen attending to the sale (as Steve was on vacation) stated that they were interested in buying it, but due to the part exchange it was all a bit tight. I was expecting this because the auto trader "Good" price they’d listed the car at was only £200 more than they had offered to give me. I had a figure in mind and when we discussed price he was very open and honest and we landed on a fair price, not too far from the original amount. They also included a service that was due on the vehicle. They reminded me of the 14 day cooling off period, an obligation they have due to being an AA approved dealer – though they failed to mention it was “working days” previously.
I decided to leave the car with them so handed over the keys and the logbook and one of their salesman gave me a lift home (~40 minutes).
I reached out to them after a week as I’d not heard from their accounts team and was asked to email their accounts team and after a few days I chased Steve since I’d heard nothing. Turns out I’d miss typed the email address, as I received an email asking for proof of ID (driver’s license) and bank details the next day. On the 14th working day after the sale date, they transferred £1 to my account to open a backing line, once I’d confirmed that evening, the next morning (Thursday) they processed the payment.
Frustratingly I had not received the payment the following Monday, so I chased the accounts team again. They informed me that the bank has flagged the payment for additional security, and they’d had to send some paperwork and it would be 1-7 days. I finally received the payment on the Friday that week once the bank had done the checks, Jane was great with this process, chasing the bank to ensure I got the payment before the end of the week.
All in all, despite the frustration with payment and banks, it was a smooth process.

Awful customer service, passed from pillar to post after being sold a car that gave us no end of problems from day one. No one at Happier Cars initially wanted to take responsibility for. After months of wrangling finally got car repaired. Wouldn’t recommend this bunch of cowboys.

Very happy with their sales team and the after sales team was also very helpful.

Good all round experience.Car was clean on arrival for test drive and they happily offered to get the wheels re-painted in the colour of my choice.Not pushy in any way and delivered the car to my office as arranged at the agreed time.Can't fault these guys!
