Brilliant personal service
Ordered a bracelet to replace one I received for 50th birthday present and accidentally broke. After a delay due to shortage of stock the owner very kindly sourced the same bracelet for me and sent it by courier. Excellent service and brilliant business. Would definitely recommend this family run business. Thank you Jolene!

But one downfall was when I went to pickup the neckless I bought they told me it wasn’t in stock in their shop so they offered me another one that was also very nice.
