I was visiting Dallas and placed my order for pick up. It was a couple of shaving creams and I’m very happy. Still using both and I shave 3 times a week
If I could rate this experience any lower, I would. I ordered a shoe-shining kit, with all the accessories: storage box, polish, applicator brushes, etc.. Not only did the gift not arrive on time, it arrived in pieces or not arrive at all. I called the company, I emailed the company. When I finally got the company to answer, they blamed FedEx for losing the package. Now, like most modern families, we have a Ring doorbell which captures all deliveries on camera. FedEx delivered two polishes, and that is it. FedEx is not to blame. I followed up with company to discuss the remaining missing products and they refused to speak to me any further. The company took my money for the products I "purchased", and ran. Do not use this company. They are unreliable and thieves.
In short: I returned items, they didn't refund and now they don't reply to emails.
What happened is that 4 months ago I ordered some hangers.
Unfortunately, they were the wrong size so I contacted their costumer service and was instructed to return the package to their address. After having returned the items, I never received my money nor a package with larger hangers. I have written 3 emails since they stopped replying...
Further, their live-chat on the website seems broken since nothing happens when you press the link.
This means essentially they have stolen my money and refuse to reply to my messages.
Would never recommend buying from this company to anyone, worst service i have ever experienced.
