Would definitely use this service again. Just needed a few small bits sorted -- shower head holder and a curtain pole fixture that had come out of the wall. I was happy with the work and it was very handy how everything was tracked. I had a bit of an issue getting the job scheduled initially through AI, but a person popped in on the WhatsApp number to help and it was smooth from there, guy came out the following day. Would recommend

Not impressed.
I requested a professional plumber to attend a job and stated what I wanted to be done, this company uses an automated A.i service to source tradesmen.
The A.i service listed part of the job completely wrong, then they proceeded to send out a guy who has no English and was unable to understand what is was exactly that I expected done.
After the job was finished he was paid in full, when after checking the work myself I discovered it was incomplete i tried to contact him numerous times but was ignored.
I got back on to handyman service.ie to ask why exactly part of the job was listed wrong and therefore not priced correctly. I also asked why the professional plumber they sourced hadn't got the common sense to contact me regarding the confusion he had, as stated in his final report.
Instead he checked an overflow pipe that was dribbling and came to the conclusion that it was from the water tank, I had already explained that this was most likely the source of the leak to handyman service.ie.
Instead of contacting me and arranging an extra cost for parts and labour he left the job when paid.
I proceeded to query this chain of events after reporting the problem to which I was told basically it was my fault not theirs I should have been more specific in detailing every single aspect of the job required.
They told me that they would waive the booking fee but I would need to book another plumber to come back out to look at the exact same job as previously viewed by the 1st plumber and pay him additional travel, labour and parts.
Absolutely terrible customer service from management who admitted the bare minimum liability and error.
I will never use this service again for anything.

Waste of money. After booking the handyman they send u guy who charges the extra money and work re mains incomplete. Also handyman doesn't take care after booking wrong person

Handymanservice was a pleasure to deal with,,I mean I told them what I needed done they sent me a detailed email with the costs of everything in it layed out so you can see exactly what you are paying for,,if your happy with the quote you go ahead and get it done the handyman sets up a time and you say if it suits ,then they arrived in awhile the job was done with efficiency and great workmanship,so glad I got this service to help me out and I won't hesitate to contact them again with anything else I need done ,thanks again Gary,5 stars for efficiency and workmanship.

Very bad experience.
I booked the handyman service for a tv wall mounting and i paid the full amount to the handymanwho came . But the tv was damaged when we opened the pack so the handyman said he will come and wall mount the tv after I get the replacement tv at no extra cost but I told him that I will pay for his travel. But after I got the replacement tv I was asked to go for a new booking and I was asked to pay the full amount again.

Was recommended to contact this service. We needed a job done with urgency but also something that was more cost effective than we were previously being quoted. We received a more favorable quote but also the job was done with great efficiency. It would make us contact the service again because the communication was also really good. Quick and clear replies.
