Terrible Service and Communication. Placed an order for a Hand dryer that was showing in stock on the website ( In fact it still is) with a delivery time of 1-3 Working days. Once the order was placed and paid for, i was contracted via email to say that the dryer was in fact out of stock but would be with me the following week ( no problem there - things happen). The following week came and went with no dryer or communication to explain where my delivery was. Tried to call only to be told that the phone lines were switched off due to the "amount of calls" (This message was ALWAYS on the phone line - various reasons why, however still couldn't speak to anyone regardless) i did a live webchat instead, i was then told that the product was still out of stock but would be with me the following week again, wasn't happy but did give them the benefit of doubt as was reassured that it would be with me no matter what the following week. Yet again no delivery, again no luck on the phone so did the live webchat this time i wanted to cancel the order ( i had now waited 3 weeks) i was told that i couldn't as my order was finally shipped and on the carrier that morning, i thought great .... the next day no delivery, i finally received an email to say that the item was out of stock still due to shipping problems and wouldn't be available until the 3rd November earliest.. i was given a choice of a different colour which they said was in stock - why would i believe that as only a few days ago my order was on a carrier. Refund was requested. I work for a company and we pride ourselves on our customer service, things happen i do understand, however its how you deal with them that matters... i feel like i was lied to and constantly fobbed off. Would not recommend or use this company again.

When you make a product as good as this it must easy to sit on your laurels. No not these people, I actually had one go wrong (I have installed loads) a quick email and not only was it diagnosed but the replacement part was in the post that day and back up and running the day after.
If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would.

Excellent service and very helpful staff. The sterillo hand driers are very good and I would be very happy to recommend this company . They understand good customer service results in more purchases and recommendations

I’m absolutely Shocked that after purchasing a hand dryer worth £500 that the installation was not even fit for purpose. A wet room dryer with a plug ?? The advice they then gave us was frankly dangerous so my electrician refused to fit it. On returning the item which costs me £40, (they refused to have a free delivery ) it seems there are some scratches on the panel which we wasn’t aware of? They have now returned the item to us and refused a refund.

Great service and quick turn around even in these tough trading conditions.

Great company, lovely on the phone answering all my questions and got my dryers out to me next day with no fuss. Will definitely be using again on future projects.

Having searched for a while for a product that would suit my needs, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the EcoBreeze not only delivered as promised, but went beyond my expectations. The agent at the company (if I remember correctly, her name was Frances) was helpful, focused, and attentive to my requirements. Absolutely fantastic product, reflective of the company itself, and one that I am happy to endorse.

I wanted some advice about which hand dryer would be most suited to my requirements and spoke to Sharon. She was most pleasant and helpful. She made a couple of suggestions from which I chose one. It's always nice to make purchasing something a good experience.

Amazing efficient service, customer service is fabulous

Have used Handydryers during few years or so and always go back to them when have a need for hand dryers.
This time was in a rush and just sent through a previous order to see what price would be and availabilty. Ciara came back very quickly to confirm price etc and ordered straight away.
Running my own business you have to provide a good service to keep busy and is sometimes frustrating the companies fall short in this area.
Certainly not the case when dealing with Ciara, many thanks and will be in touch.

Myself and the Head teacher are Very impressed with the customer service at Handy dryers and can't praise them highly enough.
Rachel Has help me from start to finish in ordering 20 of The Dillo Hand dryers to replace are current very poor dryers.
We can't wait to now have them fitted in the Easter holidays and hopefully the children with love them with the scented rings in them. Also hoping the will help the bathroom smell nicer throughout the day.

Our hand dryer stopped working, I emailed Handydryers and was answered instantly by Ciara and a replacement part sent straight out without any fuss, so nice to find a company so on the ball.
Well done Handy dryers, we will continue to use you and I highly recommend others do too, as a school this is the sort of service we need.
