The website went down at the payment…
The website went down at the payment stage as I didn’t get a confirmation that the order had been processed and it bombed me out to the start I placed another order which went through fine but when I checked my bank two payments had gone through ! I have emailed for a refund but not heard back yet !

I can see from the system that you successfully made two orders in quick succession (1x Vitality CBD 4800mg CBD Oil Lemon Flavour and 1x Vitality CBD 4800mg CBD Oil Berry Flavour), hence the two charges to your account.
I can also see that both of those products have been successfully delivered to you.

I completely understand your frustration here as it's been 8 days since we dispatched it yet it's still sitting in with Royal Mail per the tracking number: 32-058 427 3000-209 54F A27. Unfortunately once we have dispatched the product it goes into the hands of the delivery provider and we are at their mercy to carry out their service.
I have had another 2 patches sent out for you today by way of an apology, so you should be getting those tomorrow or friday.

Once we have shipped an order it goes into the hands of the delivery service - in this case Royal Mail - and we are at the mercy of them delivering on time, which frustratingly leaves us a little helpless in the process.
