Great correspondence prior to ordering. Great and smooth process regarding ordering and hand-measurement. When the grippers arrived, I wasn't immediately sure if the grippers were fitting as well as they were supposed to since they felt so different from any else finger training apparatus that I had tried before. Luckily my doubts were removed after checking the onboarding video and academy videos from the platform: They made it obvious that the grippers and the fit were working exactly as designed. The app ecosystem can feel a bit intimidating at first, but it was very easy to get my first workouts in and to get familiar with the system. The FAQ is great and it's evident that the attention to detail is very high regarding everything this product and service has to offer. The "mortal combat" -soundboard while training is the icing on the cake.

Very good and responsive customer service. I asked a bunch of questions and allways got good answers, even If I should have been able to figure it out myself. Appreciate the patience a lot. Very good!

Very good product, happy to use it so far. Delivery time was 1 month, when I ordered it said 1-3 months on the website, so right on time. 5 stars, now let’s see what the gains will be :)

The product and the app are top tier, the tracking of the order can improve greatly as I have only gotten an update on the state of the order about 6/7 day prior to the arrival of the order, with a 20 something days of waiting without any update. I had already ordered the micro before and the calculations of my hand anatomy had to be already somewhat made, so I was expecting it to arrive a bit quicker, nevertheless awesome product and I will recommend it 10/10 times.

Order process was clear and without issues. Support was quick and on point. I'm very happy with the order process, delivery and my purchase. Would order again if I need another set.

Took about 6 months to arrive. Was asked to re-upload a photo after waiting 4 months. Used the micro for a month, a novel stimulus, nice custom feel. Not sure if worth the price for the crusher.

Painfull, but safe and very effective training tools. Other finger strength devices never led to lasting improvement. Micro+crusher combo feels as a very different stimulus. And 1 month in, the effect is already noticeable in my climbing.

Above all else, excellent customer service. Unrelated to the actual product but had issues with customs and the support team was quick to respond and help however they could.

Regarding the product. The construction is well made and I see no reason to question its long term durability. The custom fit is perfect, fits my hand like a glove. I would recommend the HoG to anyone serous about their training.
