Managing a growing customer base was starting to burn my core team out, so we decided to test Hampton's BPO services. It was honestly a seamless transition; their support staff learned our product faster than some of our in house hires. Now, they handle all the first tier tickets and admin work, which has freed up to focus on actual product development. It's the first time in a year I haven't had to check my email on a Sunday morning.
