Good Shirts, Disappointing Customer Service
I like the H&H shirts well enough that I sent to London for them from New York. I ordered shirts in November of 2025 that never arrived. H&H, not I cancelled the order. Try as I might customer service never got back to me about why. I was stuck with a $38.00 shipping charge for shirts I did not receive. I remain angry about that.
Being slow to learn from my mistakes, I ordered again. This time I actually got the order quickly, but the shipping and You-Know-Who's rapacious tariffs brought the cost up considerably.

Regarding your November 2025 order, the shipment was unfortunately returned to us by the carrier after import duties/taxes required by US customs were not paid. These charges are determined by the destination country and, as noted on our website and in our email communications, may be payable by the customer upon import.
As the parcel had already been shipped internationally — and additional return charges were incurred once the carrier returned it to us — we were unable to refund the original shipping cost.
We do appreciate you giving us another chance, and we’re pleased to hear your more recent order arrived quickly. We understand that international shipping and import charges can be frustrating, and we always aim to be as transparent as possible about these costs before purchase.

Dreadful fit of ladies' polo shirst
The fit of these polo shirts is awful. They're clearly men's shirts sold in the ladies' section. There is no shaping in the garment so that a larger size has to be bought, which is too long and off the shoulders. Please bring back the previous design.

The clerical collars I ordered are excellent. They are well made, comfortable to wear, very reasonably priced and arrived earlier than expected. I am grateful to Hammond and Harper and will certainly order from them again.
