Very efficient packer’s - Jordan & Toby were amazing. Polite, helpful, accommodating and did a great job. They kept us informed of their work and we felt in very capable hands. Would definitely use Hamilton removals again.

10/10! I had a stressful move nearly 3 hrs away, and I was working till the day before packing day that I also booked with Hamiltons. Abby made the booking and organisation of the move a breeze!
I cannot recommend them enough. Most of the packing was done on Friday, move was on Monday. Both teams of 2 were great: all my furniture, fragile stuff, soft furnishings were packed so well. No breakages, great service, kind people, no damage to the walls despite large furniture being carried up and down the stairs. At the destination, the team checked were I want things to go, which rooms to put the furniture in, and where exactly to place it. If you are looking for a moving company, they are the ones you should be booking, and include packing service, too. For that additional cost, all your worries for sourcing boxes, packing materials, bubble wraps, tapes etc is taken away! Thank you so much!!!

Hamiltons have made everything about my fathers move from Somerset east. From the storage unit to its emptying I can not rate them highly enough for their professionalism and care.

The removals team led by Terry were exceptional, very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Turned up on time, worked extremely hard, and happy to accommodate all our requests. Would not hesitate to use Hamilton's again. Thanks to everyone.

We used Hamiltons/Bishops move to move from Norwich to Edinburgh and store our belongings. There was very little care in packing our items, items arrived damaged or not at all. The customer services in dealing with our complaint was inadequate and the insurance we arranged thru Hamiltons did not cover the cost to replace the damaged and missing items so almost not worth buying the insurance. We spent a lot of money with this firm and received terrible service. Avoid.

We used them twice in our move to Cyprus, the first time they screwed up, but they offered a discount on our final move, we agreed prices paid for two guys to out to Cyprus to finish the move and guess what another screw up, the container leaked seawater onto some of our contents.
Complaint made to head office by their men on site agreed what was to happen! Yes you guessed it nothing, I have spoken on the phone emailed etc they are not interested even though it was agreed what we were to do.
Would I reccomend them, what do you think?

As you I will read on here if it goes well it goes well if you have any issues then there in No support from Hamiltons, staff were all friendly that moved us out of our house and into our new home, however on the return items were damaged and this is where you would expect a large company to step up to the plate however they do not, you would think a temporary solution whilst everything was resolved but No. As you can read my dealings with Hamiltons has been poor I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone it’s been over two months on and still not resolved.

Very smooth move from Norfolk to wildest Wales at very short notice just before Christmas - no fuss and everything arrived intact! Well done guys!

Removal guys great respectful of property. Ensured our newly fitted carpets were all covered. Put our bed together for us. Nothing damaged our belongings had been in storage for almost 9 months and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Hamiltons you have been great.

On time from long distance location. Friendly and pleasant lads got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I’d already contacted Hamilton’s to check availability prior to exchange of contracts, due imminently & then very short time between exchange & completion.
Extremely stressful time but it was great speaking with Abby Davey, who was immediately calm & said that there was availability. She arranged for someone to come out the next day to quote.
She even phoned me the next day to see how I was coping!

With a late exchange of contracts on the Friday afternoon & needing them for the Monday, I’d kept her updated. I was able to book,& Abby explained everything etc. she organised the team who’s be doing the removals,& was so kind & supportive.
The team was amazing- polite, kind , friendly, thoughtful & extremely hard working.

My partner and I recently relocated to the Republic of Ireland from Suffolk and chose Hamiltons to handle the move. The service we received was simply fantastic. The complex import documentation was completed flawlessly, so the customs check at our port of entry was a simple and straightforward formality. The removals team were simply brilliant. Everything was packed to perfection and nothing was too much trouble for the guys. Overall, the service from Hamiltons simply couldn't have been better.
