Hamilton's Removals handled our move from Kent to Suffolk. The guys were brilliant and went above and beyond to make it all happen. We were stretched as everything was last minute and Hamiltons were just so expert, friendly and helpful.

Hamiltons handled our relocation from the UK to France in 2024. They were very professional throughout. Hamiltons packed up our UK belongings and put them into storage in the UK while we searched for a house to purchase. These belongings were then delivered to France exactly as we needed. The first delivery of urgent items arriving on the first morning of our first full day in our rental, the remainder arriving once we had moved into our forever home. Everything went incredibly smoothly and exactly as needed. All required paperwork for customs were completed, communication very easy and the removal guys were all polite, friendly and respectful of our belongings and our residence. We moved internationally with Hamiltons just before Christmas 2024. Having used several other companies in the past Hamiltons stands head and shoulders above all the others in their professionalism, flexibility, speed of communication and quality of service in the removals process. Everyone we dealt with on the phone, via email or in person, as part of our move, was friendly and highly capable. We won't be using anyone else and we will be recommending Hamiltons to friends, family and anyone we meet.

Outstanding staff, with the removal team working hard and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble over a three day move, as they overcame a number of difficulties without a single grumble. I recommend the company without hesitation. The move took place over three days in early December 2024.

Moving homes is definitely a stressful time, however the from the moment I contacted Hamiltons and spoke to Jay till the completion they made the whole experience painless.
Beginning with Jay he was excellent. He was honest, clarified everything what they offered with assurances and definitely met his promises.
Secondly the day of the move - Terry, Sam, Dan and Jimmy were amazing - so professional, polite, helpful and calm - which was really appreciated. Nothing was too much for them. Even had 2 other team members join them later in the day after they had finished their job in London.
Finally once we had emptied so many boxes, Hamiltons came back and removed all these and waste packaging free of charge.
WHAT A SERVICE. This company is definitely built of honesty and excellent people and it shows. PLEASE try these guys you will NOT be disappointed.

Previous experience with removal companies had not been great but Hamiltons shifted 35 years' worth of accumulated stuff for us without fuss. They estimated correctly the volume of furniture and the number of vehicles needed. Then the team came and packed and suddenly we were installed in our new home in Suffolk. No breakages, nothing gone missing. Terry led the team brilliantly. Ben, Scott and Lloyd dealt with our neuroses admirably.

We had an amazing experience with Hamiltons during our move from Bonn to Nottingham as a family of four. From the moment we first reached out, they were incredibly patient and walked us through every step—whether it was the cost estimate, customs declaration, or anything in between. We had tons of questions (some might have been a bit annoying!), but they always responded quickly and with so much patience. The moving team was not only professional but also really kind and funny, which made the whole process so much easier. Nothing was lost or damaged, and to top it off, they managed to get all our belongings moved in just 2 days! It was such a relief to have everything go so smoothly. What we liked is that it was the same team who packed and unpacked our stuff, so they knew exactly what was packed where. We have no hesitation in recommending this company!

We chose Hamiltons for our move across the UK because we felt that the initial survey was comprehensive and took into account the difficulties we may have in accessing our new home via a large removals lorry. We had to reschedule our moving dates four times due to circumstances beyond our control, and Hamiltons were able to fit in with new dates every time, despite being extremely busy. We chose to have our fragile items packed by the Hamiltons team and they did a great job, none of our furniture/glassware/mirrors/artwork etc was damaged and the team took great care in loading and unloading. We were provided with ample packing materials for everything else, including hanging wardrobes which made packing up our clothing so much easier. All of the team, whether office based or on the road doing the actual moving were professional, polite, worked hard and our move, whilst it had to happen in two stages, was as straightforward as it could be. We'd happily recommend Hamiltons to anyone.

I booked two moves with Hamiltons. One was to move me and the kids into a tiny apartment from our house and the second was to export wrap for international move all our remaining furniture and place into storage to be seen again (hopefully) in the future.
From the first call with Hamiltons the team were professional and so friendly. Then my house visit and assessment happened and again, the chap arrived on time and was fantastic. Quotes came fast and any changes were made swiftly and efficiently.

The first move team into the apartment were so so good. They took real care with moving items from the house and into the apartment and were very careful not to make any mess or mark anything. Both of them were professional, friendly and just all round good guys. it was an emotional day for me and they were fantastic.

Then for my export wrap and pack the three men who came were, outstanding. Professional, polite, helpful and they all worked SO hard. They were fast too. I have moved 8 times internationally and this team were, by far, the best. Each one absolutely deserves a commendation for the effort. Honestly so impressed.

One of the best companies I’ve had business with. Moving home is a stressful time but Hamiltons made this process easy, from getting a quote, having boxes etc delivered and the actual move, it was a breeze.

Our move was made as stress free as is possible with the great organisation I received from all the staff at Hamiltons . They all went above and beyond to help. I can’t recommend them highly enough . The assessor showed a clear understanding of our requirements when he visited. On the day the cheerful, friendly and efficient crew ensured the move went smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending Hamiltons for a household move.

Hamiltons did what they said they would do. It felt like a small family-run business, they were willing to do what was requested in a large move, over 100 miles where we wanted to complete and get everything in on the same day and security was important.
Nothing was too much trouble for the team of four with us for 3 days. They were very considerate of my 83-year-old mother with sight and disability issues. Ultimately a great team, friendly and efficient. They have obviously had great training as high standards meant things were packed well without any damage.
