Love the airfryer, warranty activation not so much
Love the airfryer, not noisy at all, I find adjusting time and temp a bit fiddly. There was a discrepancy in the dimensions so I expected it to be bigger. The pictures show different sizes to the written description. I bought direct from the company so found it very odd that I had to send proof of purchase to activate the warranty. I was required to send the invoice that I never received via email, so that was a bit stressful. Not sure I would purchase from you again for this reason

We’re really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the airfryer and that you find it quiet in use. At the same time, we’re sorry to learn about the frustrations you experienced with the controls, the discrepancy in the product dimensions, and the warranty activation process. We understand how confusing and stressful that must have been, especially when purchasing directly from us.
Your comments regarding the product images, written descriptions, and the requirement for proof of purchase have been noted and will be passed on to the relevant teams so we can review and improve these areas. We regret that this experience has affected your confidence in purchasing from us again.
Thank you again for your honest feedback — it’s invaluable in helping us improve.
I have purchased a steam generator
I have purchased a steam generator, it arrived today but haven't used it yet. On inspection there are no marks for max or minimum fill. The water tank was quite stiff to get out. The locking buttons are difficult to use. Have to get distilled water as I live in a very hard water area. Also have to figure a way to get proof of purchase as it was an online purchase.

I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had with your kettle — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Thank you for letting us know.
To help get this resolved quickly, could you please send us your order number and, if possible, a photo or short video showing the issue? Once we have that, we can step in directly and arrange either a replacement or a refund for you.
I understand how frustrating it is to be passed back and forth, and we appreciate your patience. We’ll make sure this is sorted for you as soon as possible.
Ordered toaster and kettle.
Ordering was straight forward and goods delivered quickly. I have to say though that the toast does not brown evenly on both sides. Kettle heats well and pours smoothly.

Mighty Mini - a great little slow cooker
I am really enjoying using the Hamilton Beach mighty Mini 1.8L slow cooker. It’s so easy to use and makes delicious meals/soups. I’m so glad this revised version has the ‘on’ light - that clinched the deal for me. The outer casing can get a bit hot on high setting, but the cooker heats up nice and quickly. What I love most is coming home on a cold or grim day to the cosy smell of home cooking! Plenty for 2-3 people.

Cheap and cheerful and it works
After my expensive double drawer Air fryer failed, one sensor stopped working on 1 drawer the whole thing stopped working. I went out looking for replacement and came across Hamilton Beach HB4001 Air fryer
It's very basic so I bought one to try out
First thing I cooked were frozen chips and I was well impressed with the results. I have since cooked chicken, sausages, pasties, sausage rolls all turned out with excellent results. i was very impressed with the results I got a second HB4001 Air fryer the two of them only takes up a little more space than the double drawer fryer

Poor quality and disappointing customer service
I ordered a £330 Hamilton Beach mixer grinder, and within just two weeks, the small jar’s plastic broke. I contacted customer care, but they said it’s not covered under warranty. Ridiculous! The product is overpriced, and the plastic jar lid quality is very cheap.
I also tried to order a replacement lid for £4.99, but the delivery charge was £6.60 — that’s absurd and feels like they’re ripping off customers. Overall, very disappointed with both the product quality and the service.

We spotted one of your lovely microwaves at Barton Grange. It really caught our eye because its mint green and we loved the shape of it. It's something different to the usual run of the mill.
