Halloween House Anmeldelser

Halloween House is always an amazing visit. Found it last year and returned this year. Each year we have brought an animatronic from them. This year we took advantage of the website and ordered it to be delivered as we had no space in the car. We will be back next year

Since I walked into Halloween house the staff have been so friendly and helpful every year . And there range of animatronics are amazing would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Halloween.

Just been into your shop and was assisted by a lovely lady called Clare.
She was extremely helpful and attentive, even helpful with my dignity whilst trying on outfits in your store.
She was patient and understanding.
Such an asset to your company, thank you Clare for all your help in my purchase.

1st class customer service. Will definitely shop with them again 💯🎃❤️

Excellent service from start to finish — the staff were friendly, the turnaround was fast, and everything was exactly as promised. Highly recommend." Can’t wait for Halloween night

Very happy with service I received and even more happy with product ( Dr Fangore). Didn't I would find any stock left in UK but Halloween House delivered. I buy animatronic props every year and definitely recommend and would use again!
Thanks!

Hi finally visited in a 11 months ago lewis and other staff members were approachable and helpful and efficient cant wait to shop 😊 again

Great Seller. Quick Delivery.

Great range of products. Excellent communication with delivery status. Only minor critisism is that the images show items that aren't included. This is stated on the page but it's not initially obvious which does taint the value for money slightly (which is why I only gave 4 stars). However, we love the products that we purchased.

Really good website wonderful animatronics and delivery was quick

An amazing shop, with everything Halloween related and more. Fantastic customer service both in store and on-line

Great online experience makes me want to visit the store although it’s 5 hours drive!

I had some questions about the animatronics they were really helpful & quick to respond so it gave me the confidence to buy.

Definitely will be using again.

Good display helpful staff

Horrible. Got racially discriminated against. So obvious. Saw the guy at front, gave us a dirty look yet I still smiled and browsed around for a while. While leaving, rudely accused of stealing, clearly lying to our face that someone ‘radioed’ him. Get this ridiculous lad out. No manners whatsoever. We had nothing on us if we wanted to steal in the first place, this was clearly racially motivated by the dirty looks and glances at our attire.

Ordered a couple animatronics and some Ghost Face merch from their website and all was perfect. Fast delivery and items arrived in perfect condition. Couldn't find these props anywhere else, so thank you!!!

Came here last week, it was great , the variety of Halloween decorations and the staff were a great help, there was a lovely women named charlie who helped me out massively, I would definitely visit again.
