Fantastic service. Ordered lenses for an event and one was damaged. Staff went out of their way to ensure replacement in time. Great communication, excellent support. Highly recommended.

Bought a few pairs of contacts from them. They are very responsive and when I needed contacts on short notice they even let me collect. Comfortable contacts and a good color range

Halloween is not an ordinary day nor an everyday event. This day comes with a great deal of joy and is so full of energy and warmth. October 31st demands tremendous energy and enthusiasm. Not just this, but this day also gives you a chance to bring out the inner artist in you, which you have been suffocating for so long. This day is undoubtedly about celebrations. partying, food, and games, but along with that, it is also about a display of art and creativity. Halloween is celebrated by people across the globe. It was previously linked to religious obligations and thoughts, but now it is taken as a fun time by kids, teenagers, and adults alike. They cherish this night by putting on creepy and spooky costumes and going door-to-door to distribute or get candies and to prank and scare their friends, family, and neighbors. This eve is well known as a time of evils, spirits, devils, witches, goblins, ghouls, and ghosts. Most people think of Halloween as a harmless time of enjoyment and fun. On the contrary, another group of people considers it as ghastly and demonically inspired eve that should be avoided at all costs.

Customer service issue

I ordered two sets of lenses, yet only one was delivered. A phone call went to voicemail, I left a message and also filled in the contacts form on the website. So far there was no response to either.

Quick, quality, decent

I ordered the lenses through express post and they arrived within 2 days! I was thrilled they were so efficient!
The lenses themselves were decent and came with a good amount of saline, so I could make multiple attempts at getting them in (it's not easy for a first timer!)

Express post failure.

Express post — received item days after I was supposed to. Contacts were required for a movie. They did not arrive in time so I had to try and find others on shoot day. Extremely stressful.

I ordered dark grey contacts

I ordered dark grey contacts, they came a very light grey and look un natural. I’ve messaged the company for a refund because they do are not the colour they are advertised for. I’ve received absolutely no reply and been left ignored

Lenses different sizes

The postage was good
But there was no indication the lenses were 3 months useage.

The lenses are one lense is bigger than the other making my eyes look wonky.

The contacts were great!

The contacts were great! My eyes dried up a bit but it was my first time using them so I guess it's okay. They came on time in perfect condition and they looked so cool paired with my itachi costume. 10/10 would recommend.
