A family-owned business, our story began over 100 years ago when 18-year-old JC Hall arrived in Kansas City, Missouri and started our company, with nothing but two shoeboxes full of picture postcards and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit.

Pointless service
When you order cards you expect them to come quite quickly.
Only one of my 2 cards arrived today with no envelopes so now I have to buy an envelope and post it to the recipient anyway. What's the point of this service?
There's no way to get hold of customer service either.
Won't be using again.

I ordered Harry Potter Christmas tree ornaments. All items purchased were good quality and even better they were in the sale. I cannot wait to display on my tree. This was a fast and efficient delivery.

Poor attitude
No problem with the product itself or the speedy service. However, my parcel virtually came apart during transit and had to be placed in a polythene bag by Royal Mail to protect it.
It was clear from the photos I sent that there was insufficient tape on the box when I contacted Customer Services but they were adamant that it was Royal Mail at fault rather than them.
Fortunately the contents had not been damaged, other than slight scuffing on the polythene cover.
I am not impressed with the attitude!
