Hallbrook's thoroughness and efficiency in pursuing this claim to a successful outcome is to be commended. They took a claim to the FSCS for what I had long abandoned as 'lost money' and, within a very short time-span, delivered a very satisfactory outcome.

I was the victim of a very sophisticated scam. My bank refunded half of my loss but rejected my request for full reimbursement. I sought assistance from Hallbrook Partners because about three years earlier they had informed me that I was owed over £6000 because of the insolvency of a company of which I was a shareholders. They recovered the money lost.
Now, as a result of their assiduous efforts in working with the Financial Ombudsman and my bank I have been fully reimbursed, with interest this week.
At the age of 87 I have learned a valuable lesson, and I cannot praise Hallbrook Partners, and especially Euan Porter too highly.
