Thank you for your review. As far as we know he was a very honorable man before the illnesss struck. If you knew him personally you would not have left such a unjust review. Its just harsh and unfair to a man who helped thousands.

I order two Hypertrax Multi-Functional Cervical Traction Devices (Inv #25950 - $407.92) and NEVER received them!!! I called, notified Support and was there was NOTHING that they could do!!! I was told that it was USPS fault and I would have to take it up with them....

The machine does not lift my head enough to make any difference. This machine does not have enough power. It is a hollowed out piece of plastic with a underpowered motor.

Problematic Service
The product is difficult to fit and developed an air leak after a short time. Returns involve using original packing plus payment for shipping. The company does not take full responsibility for its products and uses invalid excuses for not making complete credit

NOT worth it- poor product.
The unit itself is ridged. Hard.
Its uncomfortable. It’s loud.
I’ve tried it several times and it doesn’t ever feel the way they advertise it. No returns at all either. Customer service is rude. I’m stuck with a pricey product that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. Heed the warning.
