Quality versus delivery time
The quality of the product is outstanding, but the delivery time was super slow, without knowing this ahead of time. So it did not arrive anywhere near the intended occasion.

I have made several purchases since discovering "Hale Groves" a few years ago...the fruit...nuts and candy is always delicious...if I have a problem they are quick to respond...tangerines are my personal favorite...delivery is always prompt.

I wanted to treat myself to a crate of Florida citrus, and though Hale Groves had proven to be excellent in the past, our box was a disappointment. Some of the navels were dry, while some were so-so at best. Shame. I realize navels are at the very tail end of their season, but having paid a pretty penny for this box, it really has soured me on returning.

The oranges were molded, but I understand the tangerines were good. They promised to replace them (the oranges)but that hasn’t happened yet.

The honey bells I bought for my husbands birthday were not good I wanted the Florida honey bells not from Cal or Texas it was wrong to send them to me they were not good at all they were over ripped the others were mussy. He and I were very disappointed

Childhood memories
As a child my grandparents would send my Mom and Dad oranges and grapefruit every year.
Getting those oranges and biting into them transported me back to being that 10 year old child again.
I will 10000% be buying from you guys again. I cant wait till next harvest to eat them again. I will be buy way more then just the 12 I got this time.
