The Hale Grove products are great! But I do have a problem with the service at Hale Groves. I still have one package that was due to be delivered on 23 December that got lost in Charlotte North Carolina. I received a notification that it would be delivered today, December 26. Now I just received another notification saying it won’t be delivered until tomorrow December 27.. This is getting very frustrating. I also had a product sent to North Carolina where two packages were sent to the same address instead of one, and of course I was charged for two. So again, the product is very good. But the service has not really been Very good at all. So I write the product five stars. I rate the service only one star.

I ordered early (dec 9th) and was told it could arrive any time from the 9th until Dec 24th!!! WAY TOO LONG. My son in Wyoming left his home for an Arkansas Christmas on the 22nd. It had not yet arrived. I was notified on the 10th that it was shipped. I got not notification (new email) that is had arrived. Looking back on the ONE notice that it was shipped, I saw that it arrived on the 23rd at 10am. They will return around the 28th...and I hope they will still be good, though not FRESH !!! I'm not pleased with this service. AND, the item was $39.99 with an 18 dollar+ for the shipping fee !!!! Again, I was not happy , but wanted my son to have this gift. Three or 4 years ago I ordered 8 shipments. It was $19.99 and shipping was about $7 or 8 dollars (can't remember) for each gift. I will most likely not repeat this order again. I have no opinion on the quality because I have not see it or heard from my son !!

The Orange Extravaganza package is very tasty and a real winner of a gift! I sent them to 9 families and they all loved them! That’s a great ratio!! I highly recommend this product as a great gift to an individual or families.
