I sent to two families and only 1 orange out of all that fruit was rotten! Everyone is enjoying their fruit and saying how delicious it is.
One orange was covered with white mold and soft (completely rotten)
Mom and Dad love to get this every year.

I have been purchasing grapefruit and oranges from Hale for years. Quality is consistently gereat.
My wife's parents received there fruit and was impressed how the fruit was package and the quality of the fruit.
The order was received as expected, however three of the oranges had expired. Only about half of the Grapefruit were Ruby Red! The oranges and grape fruit where good and fresh.
2nd shipment of navel oranges were a little dry.
Shipment arrived earlier than scheduled. One tray of grapefruit and oranges both were moldy.
Product looked good on arrival. Grapefruit color was good, but flavor was understated. Oranges were firm, good color, not very sweet and quite acidic.
Gift so i don't know at this time the quality of the gift.
So bad they informed receipent that they would refund my credit card
Think the grapefruit could have been larger.
Very good product which was enjoyed.
About half the grapefruits arrived mushy and not editable.

The navel oranges are soo good!! Not so much the red grapefruits. Too tough. Hurt my teeth biting into the tough skin.
Wonderful. Got enough so I could share with friends.
I have been a subscriber for a decade. The quality of the last two shipments has not been up to prior standards. The oranges have not been very flavorful and on the prior shipment the trays were not completely full. I know that with the blight and the hurricanes this is a tough period. Past shipments have been terrific.
Product quality is poor and this due to inadequate quality control practices in selection and inspection. We will choose another company for our next purchase.
