Hi Liz,
I've just noticed your review on Trust pilot regarding the missing item.
I didn't have time to reply to you, as once I noticed the complaint come in at 16:40 today, I personally went to our offices to try and get another sent out to you in the post tonight before final collection. I'm not quite sure why only one was sent to you, but I can assure you it will be an honest mistake.
Our office hours are 9am- 5pm so I didn’t have much of a window to respond and get your parcel to the post office.
I was going to reply as soon as I got home, from my laptop ( I have just come through the door now).
I can only apologise for the initial mistake and I have done everything possible to try and rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
We are a small family business and our trust pilot reviews matter to us. We take customer service very seriously.
I also noticed the comment regarding phoning us.... We don't have an office phone so could you please explain the situation with this as I'm a little confused, and need to make sure people aren’t picking up the wrong number from somewhere.

This is excellent I have never been…
This is excellent I have never been able to back comb my fine wispy hair before now, it always looked ‘tatty’. This, quite frankly, works miracles my hair is full and bouncy looking with minimal effort debated whether to waste, yet again, more money on styling products but this is well worth it.

Ordered a Hairshark which was delivered in 3 days. I have a couple of back combing combs already but this hairshark is on another level. It's like three tools in one. Really happy and can't wait to try new styles. Fabulous
