This review is for HairPalace in Hungary -UPDATED!

Everything from the first consultation to the follow up information you need, and the pick-up from the airport, the accomodation and the treatment itself, plus the care afterwords has top quality.

I was well informed and all my questions were answered. I felt safe and well taken care of. Very friendly doctor and all the assitants and the staff.

The surgeon listens to your needs and does the neccessary changes to the previous plan if you wish so. I can wholeheartedly give HairPalace my best review for them.

But bare in mind I just had the treatment today. Everything has been perfect so far.
I'll fill up this review more after a week, a month and after en whole year, so stay tuned.

Edit: Now a full month has gone. I am writing this 07.05.2022.
The results are amazing. The old hair has grown and the new transplant is also grown but these hairs will eventually all off. But it kinda shows how the result will be in about one year. As of now I am very pleased. I had no pain, no itching, no swelling, no crusts, no bleeding so I was lucky.

All of the transplanted hair is still there so I will indeed have about 95% of the grafts remaining wich will ensure a great result. I can recommend Hairpalace for everyone.

This is my second trip to hair Palace, so I know the results 1st hand. Very professional clinic with excellent accommodation. I've travelled all the way from the UK because there the best about. Looking forward to seeing what my second intervention looks like.

I had my surgery a year ago, and I'm pleased with the result.

Hairpalace transplanted 3500 grafts. The surgery went great. It needed to be postponed as I was ill a couple of days before the surgery. Hairpalace did not want to take any risk and we rescheduled the surgery without any issue. This gave me extra confidence in the team.

On the day itself, I was welcomed by the team. Dr Atilla was very professional, answered all my questions.

I had no complications afterward. Although, it was difficult getting good sleep the first week after the surgery because you're not allowed to sleep on the wounds. I was scared I would damage the transplanted hairs, but everything turned out okay :)

I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I have nothing but praise for Hair Palace. I made the decision to come at relatively short notice and everything was put in place within a few days. The communication was excellent and instructions very clear. On the day, everything is very straightforward and the care and attention is excellent. The Doctor, assistants and everyone at the clinic are very helpful. The procedure itself is relatively painless and the doctor was brilliant. I will require another procedure and have no doubt that I chose a great place and looking forward to returning and also to the final outcome. Thank you Hair Palace!

It was a really tough decision for me to get a hair transplant, but I have to say I chose the best place available.
Everything was well organized:
- the first consultation
- the communucation via email and phone
- the personnel is outstandingly nice and professional
- you can watch netflix or films during the transplantation
- everything went as planned

If I'm willing to get further treatment, I'll definitely go to them.

Wonderful experience. Very professional team that guides you throughout the whole process. I only had the procedure done 3 days ago but am very confident that the final result will be very satisfactory.

I got a great hair condition survey and professional advice. Everything happened according to the communication, with clear, straightforward communication. Quick administration. Necessary laboratory blood tests prior to the procedure can also be performed using Hair Palace. Fully client / patient friendly clinic. In the family, two of us went through the hair transplant with 2 days apart. 5 controls, medications, full service, lunch included. Viele Jahre lang habe ich über eine Haartransplantation nachgedacht. Vieles über Methoden, Ergebnisse und Möglichkeiten recherchiert. Letztendlich habe ich mich für HairPalace in Budapest entschlossen und zähle dies zu einer der besten Entscheidungen überhaupt.
Die Organisation war hervorragend!Von Erstkontakt, Aufklärungsgespräch, Rückfragen bis zur eigentlichen Umsetzung: alles präzise mit sehr schneller Reaktionszeit. Zahlreiche Unternehmen könnten hier lernen, wie man Kunden richtig und kompetent betreut.
Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen verlief reibungslos, das Apartment war sehr sauber (und damit meine ich akribisch sauber!) und bot viel Platz. Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß erreichbar und das schöne Stadtzentrum von Budapest schnell mit der Tram erreicht.
Am Tag der Operation wurde mein Gesamteindruck weiterhin konsequent bestätigt: Es empfing mich ein sehr freundliches, überaus kompetentes Team und hat mich hervorragend durch den Tag gebracht. Alles wurde genau beschrieben, Rückfragen sofort treffsicher beantwortet. Sauberkeit rundum auf höchstem Niveau.
Die Auswahl des Mittagessens ist sehr groß, ebenso die Möglichkeit Filme während der Operation zu schauen.
Das Wichtigste ist bekanntlich das Ergebnis: insgesamt keinerlei Schmerzen (die Injektionen werden sehr schnell gesetzt), beim Befolgen (in meinem Fall) der sehr gut aufbereiteten Verhaltensmaßnahmen keinerlei Komplikationen bei der Wundheilung.
Auch bei der Nachsorge und weiteren Rückfragen ist das Team von HairPalace sofort für einen da. Rundum gelungen und der neue Haaransatz macht jetzt schon eine gute Figur.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, denn nur als Team kann man eine solche Leistung überhaupt erfolgreich erbringen. Ich kann wirklich nur jeden ermutigen diese herausragende Klinik zu wählen.

Just had my transplante and am happy with my choice in HairPalace.

It all started with a video whatsapp call with a Hairplace clinic Coordinator and a Doctor to explain the procedure and answer all the queries I had. After the call I decided to go with Hairpalace In Budapeste (and I had a few countries to decide from).

I arrived in Budapeste and had a driver waiting for me. The apartments are modern and have everything you need and if you come a few days early you can enjoy the city and Spas.

The clinic is clean and staff was friendly. The assistant spoke clear English and helped me all day to make sure I had anything I needed. The Doctor was amazing and could see that was quite experienced! I cant wait for the results.

For years I've been thinking about a hair transplant but been talking myself out of it. As a lot of people seem to do, I researched about going to Turkey to get it done but instead came across Hair Palace. I'm certainly glad that I did as the whole team were fantastic throughout the whole process. The initial consultation was extremely useful and informative. They told you every detail about the procedure while answering my many questions!!

In advance of the procedure date, they also made sure that every detail was taken care of. This included the organisation of Blood tests, airport transfers and Covid tests etc. I was extremely impressed with their organisation and communications.

The other huge benefit of choosing Hairpalace is that you get to visit the beautiful city of Budapest. Whilst Hair Palace isn't located right in the centre of Budapest, the whole city is very easy to get around with Bolt taxis easily available. We went out to Budapest a few days in advance and I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone who is nervous about the procedure. Getting comfortable with navigating around the city certainly helps with your confidence. The apartment that they provide is very comfortable and there is a SPAR shop 2 minutes away for getting in groceries.

With regards to the procedure day itself, it is certainly a long day. I personally had 5000 hairs transplanted and therefore I was there from 8 in the morning until 7 at night. Whilst it is a long day, you are given breaks in the day and they provide a great lunch. Vegetarian options are available at lunch and there was a great choice.

The most impressive thing for me was the attention to detail of the Doctor and the support of your handler. Despite being there from 8am to 7pm on a Friday, you could hear and see the care that the doctor & team were taking. They all seemed very commited to giving you the very best result possible and this is the key thing for me. They all ensure that you get the desired look and provide really useful opinions throughout the whole day. Whilst there was naturally the odd painful moment (mainly injections), this certainly wasn't unbearable pain. I would say you feel uncomfortable for about 30 mins in total throughout the whole day but it certainly isn't overly painful. I came out of HairPalace feeling extremely satisfied.

It has now been 2 weeks since my procedure and my hair is already looking "normal." I already feel comfortable about going out and it would be hard to notice that I recently had a hair transplant. Since the procedure Hair Palace have been informative about the after care. Being honest, it is a little bit of an inconvenience to sleep on a u shaped pillow but apart from that it is easy!! Most of the key measures only last 1-2 weeks and then you only need to take a small amount of precautions (little exercise, no hats etc)

I would like to thank the whole Hairpalace team from Ditta to the Doctors. I really hope that all these reviews encourage people to go with HairPalace as they really are passionate about getting you the best possible results. It is well worth a trip and I certainly have zero regrets!

Tutto è stato perfetto, un organizzazzione impeccabile, Fruzsina mi ha assistito in ogni step necessario, ha organizzato tutti gli spostamenti ed è stata molto gentile e seimpatica, per non parlare della dottoressa Kitti Kovacs che mi ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli e mi ha anche fatto vedere i bulbi espiantati al microscopio, insomma un esperienza veramente positiva, una parola per descrivere il tutto è professionalità.
Sono molto soddisfatto del tutto per ora, c'è ancora molto da aspettare per vedere il risultato finale, dato che ho subito l'intervento due giorni fà, ma sono molto fiducioso che tutto andrà per il meglio.

My coordinator/ English translator was amazing and walked me through every step. The doctor was dialed in and everything went very good.
