Been using 10% minoxidil with Pg for several years couldn’t recommend it enough so happy with results, and the customer service teams are amazing too

After doing extensive research, I called Hair Medics & spoke to a fantastic Gent named Rob - we had a long discussion regarding my situation, the protocol stack I had designed & whether it should be tweaked. He was fantastic in his manner & professional advice.

I purchased:
1:Hair Medics U.K. 200 diode laser cap - FDA approved - LTD200s
2: Minoxidil solution
3: Tricho-Gen+ Rapid Hair Growth Stimulation
4: Minoxidil face cream

I have been comfortably using the above products, along with a micro needling pen for approx 4 weeks & have had regular communication with Rob since the purchase, for answering of questions I had & some mild tweaks to the application of the products.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the high level of service I received & the free gift also!

I shall continue using the products & Hairmedics, with the aim thickening existing hair on sides of head & face, with the aim of going for a hair transplant for my N7 either at the end of the year or early next.

I cannot praise Hairmedics highly enough for the service I have received.

From the first call with Robbie made me feel comfortable and the advise he gave me made me feel at ease. On the day of my hair transplant i met Dr Hamad Hawama who talked me through the process of the day. He then introduced me to the rest of the team Yeti, Lipson and Sai were all fantastic would highly recommended.

Recently had a hair transplant with Hair Medic Uk, everything went really well from the initial phone call with Robbie who's always able to answer any questions about the whole procedure to the transplant surgeon Hamad and his team of Narges and Yetti. The whole team were excellent at what they done and patient and showed alot of passion and focus to make sure they done an amazing job. Also the Nurse Yetti done a really incredible job of making me feel relaxed all throughout the surgery. I highly recommended this place

I had a 1600 graft DHI hairline correction procedure, with Hairmedicsuk yesterday.
The day started on a positive note when the receptionists Lucy & Zoe, went out of their way to chat to me and to make me feel at ease, which definitely calmed my jangling nerves.
I then met the surgical team consisting of Dr Feyroza, who was ably supported by technicians Rachel & Paulina.
From the outset, I was immediately impressed with the calm professionalism exhibited by the team.
Dr Feyroza is very much a DHI expert with a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw on. I had no idea of the level of skill, precision and patience that’s required, to identify suitable follicles from the donor area, to categorise them into single, double and triple grafts, and to then implant them in a specific order to create a natural hairline.
I will be honest, it was a very long day for all of us, but the team maintained a positive and caring approach throughout the entire day.
I’m on day 1 of my journey, so still getting to grips with the stringent aftercare requirements to give the grafts the best chance of survival. The aftercare instructions are specific and easy to follow.
If I could score higher than a 5 I would.
Robbie, the reception team and the surgical team all performed their individual roles to the highest level.
I would 100% recommend Hairmedicsuk to anyone who is considering a hair transplant procedure.

I had a very good experience, they covered all the details and questions about the procedure thoroughly. Dr Kumar explained the process as we were going though, which was a hair transplant with approx 2k follicles (I liked to know what each step was). The aftercare details were thoroughly covered and happy with the result so far (it's only been a few days). I'd have like a little more information/reminders in the run up to the day - I did watch some videos of others and there may have been things missed if you didn't do the same.

Made my hair transplant easy. Its still early days (2 weeks post surgery) but everything so far has been great. Any questions ive had Robbie has answered and made me feel confident. He has always replied promptly with relevant information even over the Christmas period. Glad i chose these guys!

My journey with Hair Medics Uk started with a video consultation, the knowledge of the team was exceptional, they explained every stage professionally and also put everything in terms that I, as a non medical person, could understand. I booked up back in the summer, yesterday I had my FUE hair transplant surgery carried out.
