J'ai eu une très bonne expérience avec le Dr Arslan et son assistante Anais, ils sont très cool, sympa, mettent en confiance, prennent le temps d'expliquer les choses. J'ai eu 3100 greffons, le docteur réalise en partie l'opération avec ses assistants, mais revient toujours pour voir si tout se passe bien (ce qui n'est apparemment pas le cas ailleurs dans d'autres cliniques usines), tout est propre et nickel dans sa clinique et l'organisation était au top aussi, Anais est très disponible et s'assure que tout se passe bien. je suis à j+15 de ma greffe, plus de croutes, ça repousse doucement, mais tout semble très bien, on verra dans quelques mois, faut être patient !

J’ai effectué un greffe capillaire de 3300 greffons le 10/07/20 à la clinique HAIRMEDICO et 2 séances de PRP.

Dès le premier contact avec la clinique HAIRMEDICO, il y a un sentiment familier. L'assistante Française « Anaïs » vous guidera tout au long du processus, aucune question n'est de trop et tout est arrangé à la perfection, elle se rendra disponible à n’importe quel moment.
Dans la clinique elle-même, je suis tombé sur une équipe était toute aussi enthousiaste, rassurante et professionnelle.

Et concernant le Docteur Arslane, je ne peux que faire l'éloge de ce docteur. Il est d’un professionnalisme inégalable, il est honnête et vous dit tout simplement ce qu’il possible de faire ou pas, il est de grand conseil et fera en sorte de vous faire une greffe capillaire le plus naturel possible. Il s’agit d’un vrai médecin et non d’un technicien. Il se chargera lui-même de faire les prélèvement des greffons et des incisions si vous optez pour le Pack VIP. De plus lors du placements des greffons dans les incisions par les assistants, le médecin sera présent durant toute l’intervention.
je recommande fortement cette clinique si vous envisagez de faire une greffe de cheveux.

Maintenant reste plus qu’à attendre les premiers résultats dans 6 mois

I would like to share my great experience with Dr Arslan & his team.
I got the hair transplantation early Nov 19.
I knew I was not an easy patient as my hair are very thin.
Despite that, the result is very good, natural on the given zone & on the receiving zone.
I got very positive comments from French doctors in France (dermatologist) being impressed by the result, particularly with such thin hair.
I definitely recommend Dr Arslan & his team.

Tout est très bien organisé : prise en charge à l'aéroport, installation à l’hôtel (superbe avec son restaurant grill), accueil au cabinet privé pour une discrétion assurée, suivi poste opératoire...

Dès mon premier contact avec la clinique j'ai été guidé par Anaïs, assistante du docteur Musbeh, toujours disponible non seulement avant et surtout pendant mon séjour à Istanbul mais également après l'intervention et à mon retour à Toulouse. La greffe était réalisée par le médecin lui-même et ses deux assistants. Si vous hésitez ou vous êtes perdus comme moi je l'étais pendant mes recherches, allez y les yeux fermés et consultez le Dr Musbeh.

I am at d + 8 after my transplant and I heal very well.

Je recommande fortement le Dr Arslan, et H airmedico. Il est important pour ce type d opération de bien se renseigner avant. D être sûr que c est bien un médecin qui greffe les cheveux. Le docteur Arslan est reconnu internationalement, il forme des médecins dans les hôpitaux français sur le sujet de la greffe de cheveux. Me concernant tout a été exceptionnel, de l accueil à l aéroport, l hôtel et surtout l opération. Le suivi après le retour en France est aussi très sérieux avec beaucoup de conseils. Hello I would like to inform you of my personal experience after having hesitated for a long time to proceed with a hair implant transplant I decided in December 2018 to do the operation. Following research on different forums I chose Hairmedico and Doctor Arslan. After a few months The results are spectacular and I am completely satisfied, I could not imagine such a success even my hairdresser in France was surprised to see no trace or scar. Perfect result plus the cost of the intervention very very reasonable. I thank Doctor Arslan and his entire team and highly recommend it.

I had a FUE transplant about one month ago and each day I am thankful for choosing the doctor Arslan Musbeh! Of course I cannot see the result yet but the experience has been amazing from the beginning to the end. I was really well taken care of during my stay. The surgery went very well. My case was not really easy, i had 2 FUT before, my donor area was limited, the doctor and his fantastic team have done a great job, I really recommend this professional doctor.

Je souhaite donner mon témoignage sur ma greffe de cheveux qui s’est déroulé il y a environ 1 an avec le Dr ARSLAN et l’équipe Hairmedico.
Après plusieurs mois de recherche sur le meilleur chirurgien d’implant capillaire en Turquie, Nous avons décidé avec mon ami de contacter plusieurs cliniques. Notre choix s’est porté sur le Dr ARSLAN car nous avons vu que c’était l’un des seuls médecins qui faisait lui-même les étapes les plus importantes de la greffe (incisions et surtout le prélèvement des greffons) et qu’il n’opérait pas 10 personnes par jour. Il y a aussi le fait que notre interlocuteur a su nous informer avec beaucoup de patience et sincérité sur cette opération et du résultat qu’on pouvait avoir Nous avions créé un groupe WhatsApp avec elle et l’avons bombarder de questions )
On a vraiment fait le bon choix car le résultat à 1 an est au-dessus de nos attentes . Je tenais à remercier toute l’équipe qui a été du début à la fin très professionnel avec un suivi régulier jusqu’à aujourd’hui.

I would like to give my testimony on my hair transplant which took place about 1 year ago with Dr ARSLAN and the Hairmedico team.
After several months of research on the best hair implant surgeon in Turkey, We decided with my friend to contact several clinics. Our choice fell on Dr ARSLAN because we saw that he was one of the only doctors who did the most important steps of the transplant himself (incisions and especially the graft removal) and that he did not operate 10 people a day. There is also the fact that our interlocutor was able to inform us with a lot of patience and sincerity on this operation and the result that we could have. We had created a WhatsApp group with it and bombarded it with questions )
We really made the right choice because the result at 1 year is above our expectations . I wanted to thank the whole team who have been very professional from start to finish with regular follow-up until today.
Everything was perfect from the organization on site to the result. Thank you Dr ARSLAN and the whole team for a great job. We really recommend it.

Я Наталия, живу в России, у меня было генетическое выпадание волос, нашла доктора Арслана в интернете, прочитала что к нему приезжают много людей из-за границы для пересадки волос, решила поехать к нему тоже. Созвонилась, приехала, встретили в аэропорту, в первый день сделали пересадку, через день на контроль, затем домой. Все хорошо, прошло уже пять месяцев , волосы растут, вижу положительный результат, рекомендую и Вам.

I had my hair transplant at Dr Arslan Clinic - hairmedico. Im at 12 months post op. Im very happy with my result.
After doing long research I decided to get the hair transplant by Dr Arslan because he takes care about all the surgical acts.
Im Norwood 3 and I had 2780 grafts implanted. Dr Arslan performed 70% pof the surgery. The hairline looks very natural.

Bad result + experience with HAIRMEDICO dr. Arslan Musbeh - FUE

First i would like to say that i have no bad intension with posting this article. I would just like to show my experience & result of my hair transplant. I hope i can help those who are still deciding whether to go through this procedure, which clinic/doctor to choose,…
Little bit about myself: 30y old, male, coming from EU. Dealing with hairloss for about 3 years now – on BIG 3. Healthy lifestyle.Right now i am 10 months after FUE – result haven't changed since i was at 7 months's mark so i think this is final result. As NW3 i wanted to restore temples and hairline.

About HAIRMEDICO - Istanbul: Reasons I decided to choose this ''clinic'':
- Doctor's 14 years experience (highly doubt this info which i found on their web page is realistic),
- They promise that doctor does all/most of the work (there were 2 techicians that did most of the work; one of them was a total beginner. Didn't even know how to wash my hair after procedure.),
- HAIR TRANSPLANT CENTER ( well at least they advertise it like that. In reality they just rent a room in some center where all other plastic surgeries are done),
- They estimated transplantation of around 2000-2500 grafts for reasonable price (they actually only transplanted around 800-1000 grafts),
- Higher class acomodation (when i already booked a flight they send me a message that this hotel is already ful. Then i got a cheap room in an old hotel).

I have to say i am very disappointed with that result and specialy with the service of this ''clinic''. Maybe a month ago i contacted them and sent photos but the contact person just said that she will inform doctor about it. I didn't get any reply from her.
I think it's pretty sad how some people treat their customers. It took me a lot of time to arange everything, i had to take 3 weeks off, spend a lot of money and time and now i can't get rid of this feeling of being totaly scamed/ripped off. Sadly i will have to give more money and ever worse – time to repair the damage this clinic has done to me.
Personaly i would not recommend this clinic/dr. to anyone. But once again i would like to emphasize that this is just my experience. And maybe my fault of choosing the ''wrong'' clinic.

Доктор Арслан- человек на своем месте.
Долго не решался на новою пересадку.Первый раз делал у другого врача,еще старым методом,после которого остались шрамы. Второй раз решил глубже проанализировать и подобрать врача-специалиста в своем деле.Моц выбор пал на "Hairmedico". Договорился,после отправки фото,поговорить лично с доктором Арсланом. После раговора с доктором я понял,что я попал туда,куда надо. Он обрисовал реальную картину будущей пересадки,что надо и как,а важно еще что не надо делать и какие последствия могут быть в той или иной ситуции.Это говорит о том,что он не хапуга,а настоящий врач. К тому же рассказал о возможности пластической коррекции шрама и скрытия его пересадкой волос.
Прилетев в Стамбул, я еще раз убедился что не ошибся. Всё было расписано по порядку. Операцию проводил сам доктор Арслан. Все прошло очень успешно. После операции был еще курс инъекций.
Вернувшись домой,с нетепением ждал нового роста волос. И вот сейчас уже начали расти новые волосы. Прекрасно соблюден контур роста и густота. Я очень доволен,что обратись к доктору Арслану.
Очень общительный и внимательный и как человек, и как врач. Я очень благодарен всем людям из "Hairmedico",которые обеспечивали мой прием и медицинский персонал,и лично доктору Арслану.

It has been 10 months since my hair transplant surgery and the results are incredible and everyone that knows me (and doesn't know me) has noticed the transformation! Even my barber praised how the grafting from the back did not make the hair in the donor area thin or patchy.

I have to also thank Asma who managed the logistics including hotel and pick up arrangements which were very good and very smooth. The after care was also excellent from the next day when they removed my bandage onwards. They guided me through the transformation and Asma was great in translating and conveying my messages and pics to Dr Arslan who examined them and responded promptly.

If theres one small criticism was that I did feel a bit uncomfortable during the surgery bc the room was quite small and tight with me being a big guy.

I would like to thank Dr Arslan and his team for doing such a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend you surgery. Best wishes for 2020!!!

Really good experience with the Dc Aslan and his team. They really make me feel comfortable during these 3 days. I recomend dr Aslan for the hair transplantation.

J’ai rencontré le Dr Arslan et son équipe fin novembre 2019 pour ma greffe de cheveux. Dès le premier contact (qui s’était fait en été dernier) j’ai eu droit à un accueil et une écoute impeccables, une équipe et une assistante toujours disponibles.
Le Dr Arslan a analysé ma situation assez rapidement, il m’a conseillé et proposé d’agir de la façon la plus adéquate à ma situation (j’ai une nature de cheveux et un cuir chevelu très fragile). Malgré mes appréhensions, j’ai très vite été rassurée.
Tout s’est très bien passé, le Dr Arslan et ses 2 assistants ont été présents pendant toute la durée de l’intervention. J’ai eu des informations très claires sur l’intervention elle même ainsi que la suite du processus, ce qui était assez rassurant. Ce qui a été aussi rassurant, c’est que l’équipe est revenue vers moi régulièrement les heures suivant l’intervention pour connaître mon état et savoir si tout se passait bien.
Je n’ai pas eu de douleurs le jour de l’intervention, ni les jours suivants, d’ailleurs je suis sortie me promener quelques heures dès le lendemain (avec un gros bonnet pas super mais fallait bien cacher mon gros pansement 😊). Le 4e et dernier jour de mon séjour, ils ont retiré mon bandage et procédé au 1er lavage, évidemment, crâne très sensible et pas très beau à voir mais je n’avais pas de douleur.
Aujourd’hui encore (15 jours après l’intervention) j’ai des contacts réguliers avec l’équipe du Dr Arslan pour le suivi de la greffe et la cicatrisation.
D’une façon globale, tout mon séjour s’est très bien passé, tout était très bien organisé : de mon arrivée à l’aéroport d’Istanbul à mon départ, tout été parfaitement calé et je n’ai eu aucun souci. Ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu’on se déplace pour une greffe de cheveux (ce qui n’est pas complètement anodin) et que le stress nous gagne un peu. Ne pas avoir à se préoccuper des aspects logistiques étaient très agréables (avec en plus un hôtel très correct et très bien situé, proche du métro ce qui m’a permis de visiter le cœur historique d’Istanbul).
