Thank you so much for the feedback! We're really pleased to hear you've been happy with our website, team, range and prices. 😊
We're sorry that our delivery speed hasn't been as reliable recently. We know how important it is to have your products when you need them, especially when you're running a busy salon, and being left short isn't the service we want to provide.
We've been working hard behind the scenes to improve this, and we're already seeing our dispatch times getting back to where they should be. Thank you for sticking with us — and for being honest about where we need to do better. ❤️

Thank you so much Sandra! It's fantastic having such a valuable customer!
Very slow delivery times.
Pricing for colours is good but delivery is so very slow. Other wholesalers deliver next day or if that is not possible due to placing an order late in the day it is 2 days delivery. This company states delivery within 5 working days but they obviously forgot to post my order as the original address label with dispatch dated 23rd March was covered with another address label saying dispatched 31st March! It actually arrived 13th April!
