Louise is an absolute magician, I have had lots of different hair extension brands and hair stylists over the years and I can honestly say none compare to Louise, her application, styling and bending the extensions with my own hair is seamless, my hair always looks natural and the extensions last and do not damage my own hair at all, infact my hair has grown and never been in better condition due to Louise’s care. I would highly recommended Louise and I would not let anyone else do my extensions!!

Louise is an absolute star – I can't recommend her highly enough. I first went to see her after despairing of my damaged hair, which had broken a bit on holiday. From the first time I contacted Louise, she was incredibly helpful and reassuring, making me feel totally at ease with the idea of extensions. She uses incredibly beautiful hair, gives the best advice to help your hair improve in condition and has unrivalled skills when it comes to achieving a natural look. I love going to see her and consider her a friend now; I am addicted to her beautiful extensions, which are so natural, nobody has even noticed they're there (although I often get compliments now about my thick, long hair!) If you're even considering seeing Louise, just do it. You won't regret the investment in your confidence and looks. Louise has given me the hair of my dreams.

The hair is amazing quality and lasts so long! The tape extensions are so gentle on the hair and it hardly feels like you’re wearing them at all. Louise is so friendly and welcoming, easy to contact and will help with anything you need. I’d definitely recommend her services to anyone.

Put simply, Richy hair are the best extensions on the market! I have been using hair extensions for over 10 years but I don’t think that the tape hair extensions that Louise uses can be beaten. They last for ages so great value for money plus they are ridiculously easy to manage. My hair always looks voluminous and glossy without looking overdone. Cant stop even if I wanted too!

Louise has been doing my hair for over 5 years, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else she has fixed my hair crisis that I had years ago from wearing clip ins and I never thought I could have extensions but her richly tapes are amazing and the colours are spot on ! now my own hair has grown back thicker and longer I recommend her to everyone !

The product is made with beautiful real hair and it is skilfully taped or bonded to your own hair to add volume, length and to create the best colour. Louise's experience in hair extensions will guide you through the different options and to what is best for your hair and lifestyle. Louise's customer service and after care service is excellent, as she is always easy to contact and happy to answer your questions. Her enthusiasm and passion for what she does means she will go out of her way to make sure you leave the salon with the hair you wished for!

The best in the industry! I have tried most of the top London hair extensionists, never been completely happy with my hair until Louise did my hair extensions. I have fine hair and always struggled to hide my bonds, as you could always see them through my hair. With Lou’s method they are completely hidden. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Louise is hands down the best extension specialist out there. I have tried many people over the years but as soon as I found Louise and she got her hands on my hair I knew I’d never go to anyone else. Hair extensions are normally easy to spot a mile away but hers blend seamlessly into my own natural hair and look totally fabulous. The quality of the hair is vastly superior to any other I have used. The other absolute bonus is you can not feel them in your hair at alll.. none of the itching and scratching I’ve had from bonds or links in the past. Louise is by no means local to me but definitely worth the trip.

I had heard great things about Louise Bailey’s product and reputation and I wasn’t dissapointed with my own experience. My hair is naturally straight and fine however Louise transformed it with length, volume and bounce! Six months on I am an addict! My hair is more manageable, looks great and is in excellent condition. A very happy client!

I have been having hair extensions for over 10 years with different extension specialists and when I first met Louise she couldn't believe how damaged my hair was. Louise recommended a new type of bond which really improved the quality of my hair. Her colour matching is excellent and the quality of the hair is very silky. Louise really cares about the overall look and always wants to make sure that you are happy with the end result. She is professional and the best at what she does and I would recommend her highly.

I've been going to Louise for a year & her extensions are flawless and way beyond what I expected. She's extremely conscientious in her work and tailors extensions for each client rather than doing the standard WAG look you see in a lot of extensions. I would never go back to bonded or metal ring extensions as these ones are so easy to style and last for ages.
