Trying to close my account for days. Manager keeps stalling, now they even require me to id myself with a selfie and a written not w the current date on it to close my account. Absolute dog behaviour they should be punished for this.

Dat begrijp ik. En toen heb ik met die 1000 gespeeld en weer gewonnen tot 2000 euro en toen ik dat probeerde uit te betalen hebben ze weer 1000 eraf gehaald zonder dat ik een actieve bonus had!!!

Instead of processing my verification, they insisted on a very specific document: a statement for an Apple Pay deposit made from a credit card—something I clearly explained I could not access until 1st February.
