Good quality book, delivered quickly.
Service was fast and reliable and the book was in perfect condition. I can't give 5 stars, as the ebook feels a bit 'clunky' at times. Also, I purchased a Geography Curriculum for Wales textbook for 11-14 year olds. Figure 5, on page 103, does not direct the reader to the location of Port Talbot Steelworks, as it states in the annotation in the book, but does point to Swansea Bay Golf Club. Not a great look for a geography text.

It took days to get access to the…
It took days to get access to the online version of the MYP book I had ordered. In the meantime I got several advertising emails from your company. Then I got 4 or 5 emails telling my how to access the purchased book. I am under-impressed.
Please remove me from your advertising emailing list.

difficult to make an enquiry
It was difficult to get in touch and get a response from the company when we wanted to purchase the product. The service for internationa schools could be more attentive and responsive

The CPD session with Adam Boxer was…
The CPD session with Adam Boxer was probably the most useful teacher training I've had.
The session was packed with useful information and modeling of the strategies so that we could see them in action.

I ordered the NCFE Level 1/2 Technical Award in Engineering Revision Notes book again, this was ordered originally in Oct 22 but I never received it. I Have contacted Hodder on a couple of occasions but not resolution has been sorted

I contacted on April 4, 2024, from Spain through the website to place an order for books to study if we would use them with the students next school year. On Monday, April 24, I had to write again. They told me there had been an issue with the payment. They contacted me to say that the books would arrive on May 15-16. As of today (May 20, 2024), we still have not received the order.

Paid, but still no access
We paid for the digital text-books (which have many links that don't work, and also many answer keys missing), and more than a month has gone by and the main person who wants to use them still does not have access to them. At our end the administrator cannot add the person, because her email is already in the system, and multiple emails to the sales person, and from her to Hodder, have not resulted in access yet. So overall our after sales experience has been very disappointing.
