They are very cooperative and helpful. They listened to our concerns and gave us solutions and made living in their apartment comfortable.

I lived in this flat for one year and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent, with bus stops nearby and easy walking access to the center of Wiesbaden. There are also several supermarkets in the area, which makes daily life very convenient.

The owner is very friendly, responsive, and takes good care of the property, which I really appreciated during my stay. Despite being on a busy street, the room is quiet and well insulated, so noise was never an issue.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live.

Clean and modern rooms will all amenities. Management is also good and till now no complaints.

One of the best properties in Marina, first one which looks better IRL than the pictures. Sam has been helpful from Day 1, resolving any queries very quickly.

After moving to Dubai 7 weeks ago, my first experience of shared accommodation was terrible, so finding HAB Living was such a relief. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my decision.

From the start, their communication was excellent. They kept me updated throughout the renovation process of the apartment ready for me to move in to, clearly outlining timelines and deadlines, and everything was delivered exactly as promised.

When I moved in, everything was brand new and finished to a really high standard. What really stands out are the thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home rather than just a rented room. They provided high end furniture throughout and the bedrooms have plenty of built-in storage. There’s even a 65-inch TV with all the programmes included, which just adds to the comfort and overall experience. Kitchen cupboards are clearly labelled for each room so everyone knows what’s theirs, pots/pans/cutlery etc all provided, there are labelled shoe cabinets in the hallway to keep things tidy.

They’ve really thought about practical, everyday living and making sure that you feel like its "home away from home" which as an expat myself, is much needed in my first year moving abroad, as if I had stayed in my previous accommodation for much longer, I would have likely moved back home due to how un-happy it made me.

After such a stressful start in Dubai, I’m so grateful to have found a home with HAB-Living. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed and genuinely comfortable place to live.

I had a really good experience living in a Marina apartment in Dubai. The apartment is super clean, well-maintained, so modern and feels like home 🥹 so calm and comfortable with good price! moreover located in a convenient area close to supermarkets, public transport, and restaurants, which made daily life much easier.
