H2O Australia Anmeldelser

Have used it for 3 months. It's very easy to use and so great to have clean and safe drinking water. The after sale service is very helpful as well!

Best tasting water! I previously used a Zen water filter and I could instantly taste the difference. So glad I made the change. Great customer service and fast shipping as well.

Great customer service from Chris. We had a few questions on the Oasis, he was informative and friendly.
In terms of the Oasis. We have only had it for a week or so, but could not be more impressed with the quality of the machine, the functionality and taste of the water.

Wonderful experience with H20. From the informative website to the easy ordering process & helpful customer service back up . All very impressive especially the taste of the water. So nice to drink healthy clean chemical free water. A great new addition to the quality of our families health.

I love the product, the only set back is that the flow of the water is quite small, so it takes a bit long for bigger bottles, but other than that its perfect. Love how i can drink any temp of water whenever i want. ❤️

Highly recommend. Water tastes better.

I had been researching water filters online for quite some time before deciding on H2O. I’ve been using an under-sink filter for over ten years, so my main considerations were water quality and installation fee.

What made me choose this filter was that it could dispense water at different temperatures, and the hot water is produced instantly rather than stored in a tank. If I had chosen an under-sink option with both hot and cold water functions plus installation, it would have cost me $3,000+. Instead, I got this countertop model for about one-third of the price. Although it takes up more space, I was pleasantly surprised that it also dispenses ice-cold water.

That said, I was slightly disappointed that the hot water temperature isn’t as high as advertised. Another drawback is the amount of wastewater it produces. While it’s possible to reuse the wastewater, the actual amount is significantly more than the one-quarter stated online, which was a bit of a letdown.

Another thing I want to mention is that before purchasing this filter, I asked Chris a lot of questions over WhatsApp. He answered every single one of them patiently, which gave me the confidence to go ahead with my purchase. Without his helpful responses, I probably would still be researching instead of buying.

Great product, works really well and tastes great

Money’s well spent on this great product and Chris is very helpful on explaining for the first time users. The downside for me is putting abit far from the sink everytime I emptied the waste water tank a bit heavy to carry ‘coz I have shoulder injury, but overall the product is great.

Love it, couldn't be happier

Amazing communication from Chris from the start. Our water filter arrived in Western Australia in two days, so super fast delivery also. The machine was very easy to unbox and set up, and we are loving how good it looks in the kitchen. A big bonus is that the kids love it, and are drinking so much more water now. The other bonus is the instant boiling water for making tea and coffee. This machine really is the best.

Nice product

I recently purchased the Oasis Countertop System, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The filter itself is absolutely fantastic, super simple to set up and incredibly easy to use. It looks great on the counter too, really sleek and modern, so it fits in nicely with my kitchen. It’s made a noticeable difference in the taste and quality of my water, and I love knowing my family is drinking something cleaner and healthier every day.

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. The customer service has also been excellent, every time I had a question, they were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

Highly recommend both the product and the company!

I love my Cascade benchtop water filter. It's sleek, actually kinda fun and novel to use. Only requires me to re-fill once per day (based on how much my family of 4 uses). Easy to maintain, easy set up. H2OAU were super communicative and helpful, shipping was fast. I like the quality and would reccomend to others.

Great service and great product

Fantastic service, quick delivery and I love the machine. My kids have never drink so much water in their lives.

The taste is great and it is so convenient to have it on the bench top.

After years of searching for the right water purifier, we finally found exactly what we needed with the H2O Oasis countertop water purifier. The difference in water quality is amazing—our family now enjoys crystal-clear, great-tasting RO purified water without worrying about PFAS, chlorine, or other harmful contaminants.

It’s truly impressive how our regular tap water has been transformed into clean, healthy, and refreshing drinking water.

The customer service, both before and after our purchase, was exceptional—special thanks to Chris for the support and guidance.

We highly recommend the H2O Oasis water purifier to anyone still unsure about which brand to choose. It’s been a fantastic investment in our family’s health and well-being.

We are happy with the product and service Chris provided. His service and support are truly excellent. We will recommend the product to our relatives and friends.
