In Love with it. Have a SS countertop 1 Gallon destiller use it 2 times per day some days 3 times. Use it for drinking, coffee, tea, cooking and Colloidal silver making aka for everything. Will save up for a big one to place in the basement and hook up my water filter in sink and fridge.. No more hauling big jugs from the store and no more guilt of waiting so much plastic. Great product, just the right size for us as a 3 person household.

I bought my 300 SS back in September 2020, and once I got it I started distilling water... I’ve been usually doing 2 carafes a day and I love it! I got tired of buying distilled water at the star so I bought my own distiller. This 300 SS is great, but I may need to upgrade to something much larger as my wife has been using the water for cooking and coffee making( which makes the coffee taste much better!)

About a year ago I purchased a counter top distiller from H2O Labs. I live on an acreage and have a well for water and the water is extremely hard. I have a water softener but don’t drink the softened water. I use water from the distiller for making coffee. I no longer have to lug jugs of water home from the grocery store and the distiller has more than paid for itself. It takes less than a week to replace the charcoal filters or the anti scale pad.

These were perfect for my distillers. Also i figured it would be a couple weeks before i would get them but i had them in less than 4 days from the time i ordered! Awesome service and shipping.

You have an excellent product. I told my family the distiller,and gave my sister one as a gift. I considering purchasing a eight gallon distiller. Great tasting water!!!

Love the products but the shipping/handling prices are insane!! I had to pay just as much for the shipping as I did for the product (a tiny pack of charcoal pods for my water distiller).

Following instructions, simple to use and excellent results.

Website placed 2 completely different, identically priced items side by side. Apparently, due to this DESIGN FLAW, I may have ordered the wrong item.

IT Pro for more than 30 years, been ordering online for at least 25 of those, and this is the FIRST TIME I have ever "ordered the wrong item".

Attempted to contact customer service, report the issue (received an item which I DID NOT ORDER)... customer service was next to no help. Required me to pay SHIPPING to return item/s which I did NOT need, and had NO INTENTION of ordering.

I found the same items elsewhere, same quality for less. That's where I'll be shopping in the future. NEAR ZERO "customer service". I don't play that game.

Excellent service and product . I've had my model 200 distiller for home use about a month now, and use it almost daily. I have used other brand distillers in the past and one burned out after 4 cycles. The second lasted about 10 days and died. Big hassle to fill the awkward tank, and very noisy and messy. The H2O Labs distiller is trouble free, easy to use and quiet. I wish I'd bought this unit first! I ordered filters and they came in 2 days. Very pleased with the product and service.

Love their products (we have had our water distiller for a year and it still runs and looks like new). I called for customer support before ordering and was helped with professionalism and courtesy. Both orders (last year's and this year's replacement filters) arrived quickly. Love this company's service!

Very pleased. It is just pure, clean water. I was diagnosed with macular degeneration at 53 years old. My homeopathic ophthalmologist recommended this because he uses it personally and good clean water is so important for health. The only concern I would have is the bottom of the stainless steel pot seems to be "eroding" for lack of a better word. Not sure what that is.

I bought the distiller to replace a the same model distiller. which I liked because the heating element burned out. The original distiller only lasted two years. I think the life expectancy should be a little longer.

Easy to assemble and use. We make distilled water every day and have found more uses for it. I am following someone else's review advice and clean out each time with a little bit of vinegar to scrub the grit away.

I bought this primarily to keep from buying big plastic jugs of distilled water.(that may not actually get recycled despite bringing them to the recycling center).

We love our steam distilled water and the steam distiller unit!!!! Our order came quickly within a few days, the unit is beautiful stainless steel, very attractive and a high quality unit. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to go with this brand and model!! We highly recommend it!

The filters arrived very quickly and are working fine!
